Despite claiming an interception on the previous possession, the Bengals go three-and-out and then the Ravens break the deadlock.

Lamar Jackson makes a big play to DeAndre Hopkins before dumping it off to running back Rasheen Ali, who streaks down the sideline untouched for a 30-yard touchdown.

That's a first NFL score for the fifth-round draft pick from 2024.

  12. field goal

    Arizona Cardinals 7-20 Houston Texans

    Cleveland Browns 0-14 Chicago Bears

Cairo Santos misses the chance to put the Bears 17 points clear before half-time as he steers wide from 35 yards.

That drive was all about the previous down. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was sacked nine yards with the Bears just eight yards from goal prior to Myles Garrett's sack.

That is Garrett's 21st of the season, putting him two behind the NFL's all-time record for a single season.

Justin Herbert delivers a wayward throw as he's tackled and it sails into the arms of Ashton Gillotte, who runs it back for 14 yards.

Patrick Mahomes takes over in the red zone but spurns two shots at a touchdown pass before Harrison Butker kicks a 27-yard field goal to stretch Kansas City's lead.

  15. field goal

Field goal - Commanderspublished at 19:02 GMT 14 December 2025

Washington Commanders 13-0 New York Giants

Both sides boast very long losing streaks, but you would think the Commanders have won more recently than the Giants have based on this first half.

They extend their lead by three more points as Jake Moody converts from 39 yards.

Los Angeles Chargers 3-7 Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs went three-and-out on their second drive before forcing the Chargers to punt at the start of the second quarter.

Patrick Mahomes then goes long to Tyquan Thornton but it bobbles out as the pass is broken up and a sack on Mahomes forces Kansas City to go three-and-out again.

  19. touchdown

    Touchdown - Cardinalspublished at 18:54 GMT 14 December 2025

    Arizona Cardinals 7-17 Houston Texans

Arizona get on the board thanks to prolific tight end Trey McBride catching a two-yard touchdown pass from Jacoby Brissett.

To say that was all McBride is an understatement - as he had five catches for 51 yards and a touchdown all on that one possession! Imagine if he played for a good team....

  20. Turnover - Bengals interceptedpublished at 18:52 GMT 14 December 2025

    Baltimore Ravens 0-0 Cincinnati Bengals

After three punts overall during the first quarter in Cincinnati, the Ravens grab the ball back as they intercept a Joe Burrow pass down the middle.

Cornerback Marlon Humphrey runs it back for 21 yards so Lamar Jackson will begin Baltimore's third drive of the day just their side of halfway.
