Did you know the Jacksonville Jaguars have a swimming pool inside the stadium?

Fans can splash about while watching the action in the Florida sunshine, looks like a pretty good spot to me. Plus, the Jags are dominating here today so those pool dwellers must be loving life right now.

  2. Bills struggling against superb Patriotspublished at 18:47 GMT 14 December 2025

New England Patriots 14-0 Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are in trouble here...

A few minutes into the second quarter, they have made up just 29 yards from three drives in this match against the superb Patriots.

They are again forced to punt after failing to record a first down just inside the Patriots half and the Bills already have an awful lot to do to turn this AFC East clash around.

  3. field goal

Field goal - Eaglespublished at 18:47 GMT 14 December 2025

Las Vegas Raiders 0-10 Philadelphia Eagles

Dallas Goedert has already got one touchdown today but just spurned the chance for another. He's wide-open on 2nd & Goal at the Raiders' four-yard line but can't make the grab over his shoulder.

Jalen Hurts is then sacked by Maxx Crosby and the Eagles settle for a 27-yard field goal by Jake Elliott.

  4. touchdown

    Touchdown - Jaguarspublished at 18:45 GMT 14 December 2025

New York Jets 7-21 Jacksonville Jaguars

It's all too easy for the Jags right now as Trevor Lawrence hits Bhayshul Tuten 16 for their third touchdown of the game - and we're less than a minute into the second quarter!

  5. touchdown

    Touchdown - Commanderspublished at 18:45 GMT 14 December 2025

Washington Commanders 10-0 New York Giants

A 10-point lead for the Commanders!

Jacory Croskey-Meritt runs the ball from 16 yards out through the heart of the Giants and into the end zone, two downs on from an 11-yard run.

Jake Moody converts the extra point and early on, the Washington are in a commanding position as they look for a first win in nine matches.

  6. touchdown

    Touchdown - Bearspublished at 18:42 GMT 14 December 2025

    Cleveland Browns 0-14 Chicago Bears

A two-touchdown lead for the Chicago Bears in the first quarter!

Caleb Williams strings passes of 24 and 40 yards in back-to-back downs to take the Bears eight yards from goal.

Kyle Monangai gets two attempts to get over the line but is three yards short, so Williams passes to the running DJ Moore on third down who takes the catch.

Cairo Santos converts the extra point for a lead of 14.

  7. touchdown

    Touchdown - Patriotspublished at 18:37 GMT 14 December 2025

New England Patriots 14-0 Buffalo Bills

Drake Maye has done it again in the first quarter!

An excellent drive for the Bills who make up 50 yards in just six downs.

Seven yards from goal, Maye steps back to pass and the gap opens up for him to just pierce a darting run through the Bills' defence and to the end zone.

Maye has two touchdowns and Andres Borregales has converted both of his extra point attempts.

  8. field goal

Field goal - Chargerspublished at 18:35 GMT 14 December 2025

Los Angeles Chargers 3-7 Kansas City Chiefs

The Chargers lean heavily on their run game before settling for a 49-yard field goal by Cameron Dicker to cut the deficit at Arrowhead.

  9. touchdown

    Touchdown - Jetspublished at 18:34 GMT 14 December 2025

New York Jets 7-14 Jacksonville Jaguars

It's a first start today for undrafted free agent quarterback Brady Cook, and the rookie already has his first touchdown pass in the NFL. It's a zinger as well to Adonai Mitchell for a nine-yard score.

Cook is 6-for-6 for 51 yards so far by the way, what a start!

  10. Sack - Ravens force Bengals to puntpublished at 18:32 GMT 14 December 2025

    Baltimore Ravens 0-0 Cincinnati Bengals

The Ravens have to punt on the opening drive in Cincinnati and despite having the ball for over eight minutes on their first possession, Joe Burrow is sacked on third down for a 15-yard loss and the Bengals have to punt too.

  11. Sack - Patriotspublished at 18:31 GMT 14 December 2025

New England Patriots 7-0 Buffalo Bills

Almost a perfect first quarter so far for the New England Patriots.

The Bills were 3rd&9 on their own 18-yard line and go for it, but quarterback Josh Allen is on the wrong end of a six-yard sack by linebacker Jack Gibbens.

It means the Bills will punt, but the Patriots will get the ball in favourable territory.

  12. touchdown

    Touchdown - Texanspublished at 18:31 GMT 14 December 2025

    Arizona Cardinals 0-17 Houston Texans

What a play by Woody Marks! The snap goes right through CJ Stroud's hands but Marks is there to scoop up the bobbling ball, before then taking a run-up and diving over a defender and into the end zone.

Watch out for that one in plays of the week on the website and app tomorrow...

  13. touchdown

    Touchdown - Bearspublished at 18:27 GMT 14 December 2025

    Cleveland Browns 0-7 Chicago Bears

D'Andre Swift has done it again!

Another rushing touchdown for running back Swift, who has his sixth of the year as he converts on a six-yard run. Swift already has 27 rushing yards from five carries.

Cairo Santos is good for the extra point too as the hosts take an expected lead.

  14. Missed field goal - Giantspublished at 18:25 GMT 14 December 2025

Washington Commanders 3-0 New York Giants

The Giants fail to level up with a 52-yard field goal attempt for Younghoe Koo.

A tough chance for sure, but certainly a summary of their current form.

  15. touchdown

    Touchdown - Jaguarspublished at 18:23 GMT 14 December 2025

New York Jets 0-14 Jacksonville Jaguars

There's nobody open as Trevor Lawrence drops back to throw in the red zone, but there's acres of Jacksonville turf free for him to gallop into and gallop he does - all the way into the end zone!

That's a 20th career rushing touchdown for Lawrence to put the Jags in total control.

  16. touchdown

    Touchdown - Eaglespublished at 18:20 GMT 14 December 2025

Las Vegas Raiders 0-7 Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles also make a positive start with a touchdown on the opening possession in Philly.

Jalen Hurts tosses a shovel pass to Dallas Goedert for the tight end to barge into the end zone from four yards.

There were no explosive plays on that 13-play drive, which lasted more than seven minutes, although the Eagles got a helping hand with a 20-yard penalty for a defensive pass interference call.

  17. field goal

Field goal - Commanderspublished at 18:18 GMT 14 December 2025

Washington Commanders 3-0 New York Giants

In the battle of two severely struggling sides, the Commanders have a first quarter lead of thrree points.

Jake Moody converts a field goal well from 46 yards out.

A reminder, neither of these sides have won in seven straight matches.

  18. field goal

Field goal - Texanspublished at 18:17 GMT 14 December 2025

    Arizona Cardinals 0-10 Houston Texans

A fumble on the kick-off return gives the Texans the ball right back and in brilliant field position. The Cards this time stand firm to limit the damage to three points as Ka'imi Fairbairn boots a 30 yarder.

Arizona might want to play some offence though...

  19. touchdown

    Touchdown - Chiefspublished at 18:16 GMT 14 December 2025

Los Angeles Chargers 0-7 Kansas City Chiefs

Well the Chiefs have made a solid start.

Patrick Mahomes was sacked on the game's opening drive in Kansas City but on the following play he found Travis Kelce with a sidearm pass for a 17-yard gain.

Mahomes then scored with a 12-yard scramble down the middle to cap an 11-play drive lasting more than six minutes.

  20. Can defending champs Philly stop the rot?published at 18:12 GMT 14 December 2025

Las Vegas Raiders 0-0 Philadelphia Eagles

Defending champions Philadelphia looked nailed on to be challenging for a Super Bowl return but their offence has had a 'mare over the past few weeks.

Three straight defeats have seen the Eagles slip to 8-5 and opened the door for the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East. Fans have voiced their frustration in Philly, booing their own team at home, and I can only imagine what it'll be like later if the Eagles fail to stop the rot as the 2-11 Raiders come to town.

They're currently putting together a long drive to start the day.
