George North couldn't have had a better day, two tries and a conversion.

It's well deserved. I hope he and his family had an unforgettable day.

Wales' forwards have been outstanding in terms of their physicality, and they will have needed that blast before Fiji.

There will be a few questions about our continuity in the middle of the pitch and I think that centre partnership could do with some tweaking.

This has been really good test and there has been a lot for Steve to take from it.

But do we have the physicality to trouble a top eight team?

    Barbarians 31-33 Wales

Wales win back-to-back internationals for the first time since the 2023 World Cup.

They will have to go up a fair few gears against Fiji next Saturday at Cardiff City Stadium but that was a useful workout for Steve Tandy's side.

It was a first game since May for all 23 of the Welsh players and they blew away the cobwebs on a sweltering afternoon in London.

Importantly, it looks like everyone has come through unscathed.

Tandy will trim his squad at the start of next week for the three summer Tests.

The Baa-Baas finish with a flourish, and what a score it was.

There must have been the temptation to just boot the ball off but they keep playing.

The ball is flung to the left by George North and the attack ends with Santiago Arata being put under the posts.

North's final act as a pro is to bang the conversion between the sticks.

Dragons number eight Aaron Wainwright has been named as the official man of the match.

Back-to-back awards for him after he starred against Italy in the last game of the Six Nations.

The Leicester-bound forward is going to be vital against Fiji, Argentina and the Springboks in the coming weeks.

Who do Wales put with him? Jac Morgan and Taine Plumtree or do Alex Mann and James Botham come into the mix?

Blair Murray showed great power to ride that tackle.

He is box-office on the ball, but it's just a question of the stability he offers you defensively and under the high ball.

So close for a cracker by Blair Murray.

He breaks and chips over the top but the bounce eludes him.

The full-back has been lively this afternoon.

Harri Keddie then rashly goes for a quick tap from a penalty and Wales blow the chance for a clincher.

Time running out for the Baa-Baas.

    Brilliant play from the Baa-Baas.

A double! Is the hat-trick on?!

Slick hands by the Barbarians down the right and Virimi Vakatawa unselfishly puts George North over for a second.

Big carry by Rhys Barratt through the middle to get Wales into the 22 - wonderful stuff by the big Cardiff prop.

They stay calm and this time Ellis Mee should have his score, cantering over down the right after just holding onto the slippery ball.

Sam Costelow adds the conversion to make it a three-score game.

That should be the win for Wales.

The next score is going to be huge but we've just had a long period of play in the middle of the pitch, followed by a box kick.

Ellis Mee gets the try but that was all down to his Scarlets teammate Blair Murray.

He sells a dummy and then draws the last man to put Mee over... but wait.

The TMO is getting involved for the first time.

It is disallowed because of obstruction in the build-up by Mason Grady.

    Wales still are not clear...
