    Off we go in Dublin!

Who will grab the final spot in the last eight?

  2. Postpublished at 17:29 BST 5 April

    Leinster v Edinburgh (17:30 BST)

The sun is currently beating down in Dublin as the players take to the pitch, but don't let that fool you, it's a chilly one.

Won't be long before we're under way.

  3. Route to the final?published at 17:27 BST 5 April

    Leinster v Edinburgh (17:30 BST)

With just one spot left in the quarter-finals, the route to Bilbao is now pretty clear.

The winner of this one will take on Sale Sharks in the last eight, and then either Glasgow Warriors or Toulon would await in the semi-finals.

On the other side of the draw, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Bath and Northampton Saints are all still in with a shout.

That's pretty tasty no matter how you look at it.

  4. Are Edinburgh desperate for change?published at 17:24 BST 5 April

Would a change in head coach solve Edinburgh's problems?

BBC chief sportswriter Tom English thinks the Edinburgh team has "a lot going for it" but is lacking "a bit of class".

Sean Everitt's side are currently 13th in the United Rugby Championship with just four wins from their 14 games so far this season. Their Scottish counterparts Glasgow Warriors are top and have only lost three games.

"Scottish rugby has two teams, both of those coaches need to be potential Scotland coaches," English told the BBC Scotland Rugby Podcast.

"Sean Everitt is not a potential Scotland coach, Franco Smith clearly is. They need a change. 13th, two points off 15th, it's embarrassing.

"Yes they have an injury list but everybody has an injury list. Everybody is missing stellar players, Edinburgh is not alone in that. So I'm not buying that particular argument if it's ever offered up.

"It's just uninspiring, it's dull, this team has got more in it. There's some very good players, it needs an infusion, a bit of class. It's got a lot going for it but you couldn't tell that by the performances and the results."

  6. Keenan 'only getting going'published at 17:18 BST 5 April

Hugo Keenan missed most of the season since his British and Irish Lions heroics last summer and only returned against Glasgow on 21 March.

The Ireland full-back did cross for a try in that game but he admits "it only feels like my season's getting going now".

"With the hip, it was nearly pre-planned. I knew it was coming; it was a time to get right and a good time post-Lions when there's naturally a bigger break," Keenan said at Leinster's news conference this week.

"It was tough being out of November [internationals] but I accepted it and that was manageable when the thumb injury came about, I'd been declared fit and was starting to feel sharp.

"I'd just missed out on playing a game with Leinster and then for it to come about in the first training session in a backs unit with limited contact after five and a half months [out], it was really frustrating, but these things happen.

"It's given me a chance to get fully right, get even fitter, get the rest of the body feeling good. It's been a long couple of weeks but I'm raring to go now."

  7. Team news - Ashman wins 50th cappublished at 17:14 BST 5 April

    Leinster v Edinburgh (17:30 BST)

Hooker Ewan Ashman will make his 50th appearance for Edinburgh against Leinster in a side that features two changes from last weekend's defeat by Stormers.

Ashman is alongside D'arcy Rae in the front row, who returns from a calf injury at tighthead. Paul Hill, who started in Cape Town, is named on the bench.

The only other change for Sean Everitt's side is number eight Ben Muncaster coming into the back-row after recovering from concussion.

Muncaster replaces club captain Magnus Bradbury, who misses out with an ankle injury. Double-centurion Grant Gilchrist captains the side.

"We go to the Aviva Stadium with nothing to lose and everything to gain," head coach Everitt said.

"This is a group of players who believe in what they're doing, and we're going out there to have a real go at one of the best sides in Europe.

"We represent the Scottish capital - our supporters who have made the trip to Dublin and those watching back home - and that means a great deal to all of us.

"We're going to treat this for exactly what it is: a great opportunity to make history for this great club."

Edinburgh: Schoeman, Ashman, Rae, Sykes, Gilchrist, McConnell, Richardson, Muncaster; Shiel, Thompson, Satala, Lang, Currie, Graham, O'Conor.

Replacements: Blyth-Lafferty, Venter, Hill, Young, Douglas, Vellacott, Tuipulotu, Brown.

  8. Team news - Byrne starts at fly-halfpublished at 17:11 BST 5 April

    Leinster v Edinburgh (17:30 BST)

Leinster have named Harry Byrne at fly-half for Sunday's Investec Champions Cup last-16 game against Edinburgh as Ireland number 10 Sam Prendergast is not named in the matchday 23.

Leinster head coach Leo Cullen makes four changes in total from the team which started last week's 36-19 United Rugby Championship win over Scarlets.

Ryan Baird is selected in the second row as he makes his first appearance since October after recovering from a broken leg, while Jack Conan comes in at blind-side flanker.

Rieko Ioane is selected at centre as he replaces the injured Garry Ringrose and Hugo Keenan's return to full-back sees Jimmy O'Brien move to the left wing, with Joshua Kenny dropping out.

James Ryan continues to be unavailable because of a calf issue.

Alex Usanov is in line to make his Champions Cup debut off the bench, while scrum-half Luke McGrath will make his 250th appearance for the Irish province if he is called into action from the replacements.

Ciaran Frawley and Robbie Henshaw are among the other options available to Cullen among the substitutes.

Leinster: Keenan; T O'Brien, Ioane, Osborne, J O'Brien; Byrne, Gibson-Park; Porter, Sheehan, Furlong; J McCarthy, Baird; Conan, Van der Flier, Doris (capt).

Replacements: G McCarthy, Usanov, Clarkson, Deeny, Deegan, McGrath, Frawley, Henshaw.

    Thanks for that, Tim!

There's one place left in the last eight of the Champions Cup and Leinster welcome Edinburgh to Dublin.

Leo Cullen's side will be big favourites to go through, but Edinburgh can't be written off despite a disappointing season to date.

We'll have updates as they happen from this one.

It's set to be an Easter treat this Sunday, so let's start with some team news.

  11. 'Reality check for Tigers'published at 17:04 BST 5 April

    FT: Bordeaux 64-14 Leicester

Leicester head coach Geoff Parling, speaking to Premier Sports: “Very tough, to lose that second quarter 33-0 and allowing them to get in behind us was tough. We know how dangerous they are, but we allowed them to win collisions, get behind us, we were inaccurate in what we did and that is the end result.

"Very frustrating but I am proud of some moments in that second half where we started to fight back, in that third quarter we did some good things but overall we know have a lot of work to do.

"That was a really good reality check for us. When you go up against a top team, if you are five or 10 percent off, you will get hurt, so it is back to hard work for us."

  12. 'Harder than it looked'published at 16:56 BST 5 April

    FT: Bordeaux 64-14 Leicester

Bordeaux's Adam Coleman speaking to Premier Sports: "There’s a bit of relief, we knew it was going to be a hard game, we know they have a good set piece and it was always going to be hard.

"We loved it but it wasn’t easy - Leicester really came to play, we got a few good tries (involving) Lulu and it helps having him in the team."

That said, next week's quarter-final at home to Toulouse could be a cracker.

The Tigers do their best for a late consolation, but the ball is spilled and full-time is blown.

That was a masterclass from Bordeaux at times, but credit to Leicester for some fighting spirit after the break.

Leicester have shown some gumption in the second half, and they spend some time in the home 22 until a kick downfield. Ollie Hassell-Collins pins his ears back and is scragged, Cameron Henderson also gives it ago and Leicester then get a penalty which they kick to the corner.

These are not bad players in this Leicester team.

I just want to check Freddie Steward's ankles because I think they're broken - that was one heck of a step.

There are things I've seen today that I've never seen before on a rugby pitch.

We knew how good Bordeaux would be but when you see it live and what some of these players can do, they're operating on a different level.

When they turn it on, it's just so impressive to watch. The power of Tameifuna is just incredible, he's blasted past Loman like he's not there.

If you've got that kind of player who can inject that amount of power into the attack, you just can't reload quick enough.
