Josh van der Flier (con Byrne)

    Leinster are back in front!

Dan Sheehan taps and goes for the line.

The second ball goes to Josh van der Flier, who won't be denied this time!

    Byrne adds the extras.

Edinburgh do the hard part and stop the maul, but then give away a penalty for being offside.

    Here comes the maul....

  5. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Leinster 28-31 Edinburgh

Leinster win a penalty just outside the 22.

Take the easy three to level it or go for the corner?

    Byrne opts for the latter.

    Darcy Graham

    It's stunning from Darcy Graham!

Ross Thompson's kick is half charged down but that opens up a touch of space for Darcy Graham.

He races forward, dinks the ball over the top and beats Jamison Gibson-Park to touch down.

Thompson's kick hits the upright, but Edinburgh lead for the first time!

    Leinster 28-26 Edinburgh

We've played 10 minutes of the second half and it's almost all been in the Edinburgh 22.

In sayng that, Leinster have nothing to show for it.

That must be a good feeling for the visitors.

    Leinster 28-26 Edinburgh

Ben Muncaster absolute rattled Tadhg Furlong in the tackle and knocks the big prop back.

You don't see that too often.

Tommy O'Brien looks to win a cheap penalty as he ran into two men while chasing Byrne's chip, but there wasn't anything in that.

    Leinster 28-26 Edinburgh

I think that decision annoyed a few of the Leinster players and they're ramping the pressure up in the Edinburgh 22, but the white jerseys force a maul and turn the ball over.

    Big defensive set.

We're going for a belated TMO check.

Good luck following the opening 40 minutes.

    Let's see what they've got.

    This is anyone's game now.

So for Edinburgh's four tries, two have been intercepts, one has been racing onto a loose ball and another was a stunning solo try.

They haven't actually scored from phases in the 22 of Leinster, who have shot themselves in the foot.

    An absolutely ridiculous 40 minutes.

At the start of the game, it looked like my Easter egg this morning would provide more of a challenge than Edinburgh.

To their credit, they've made a proper game of this and are right in the mix with 40 minutes to go.

*For context, the egg was gone at breakfast.

What a 40 minutes in Dublin.

This one is far from over.

    Matt Currie (con Thompson)

I can't believe it! It's another intercept for Edinburgh!

Matt Currie reads Jamison Gibson-Park's pass, gathers the ball at the second attempt and races clear to score.

Ross Thompson converts, and that'll be that for the first half.

    This is ridiculous.

  19. try

Converted Try - Leinster 28-19 Edinburghpublished at 37 mins

    Hugo Keenan (con Byrne)

    Hugo Keenan crashes over!

The Ireland full-back latches on to Ioane's delayed pass and he gets Leinster's fourth try.

Bryne continues his perfect afternoon from the tee.

    Leinster 21-19 Edinburgh

Leinster go through the hands, rather than through the maul, but Edinburgh hold firm for now.
