Rose -5, Leishman -6 (6)
Justin Rose looks like he needs a little kickstart. Is this it?
He has a 16-footer for birdie on the sixth but another putt slides past. He'll have to be satisfied with a par.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -6 (4)
Schauffele's challenge could be over quickly if he isn't careful.
A piece of good fortune comes his way when he lands his third in the bunker on the left of the green. If it hadn't hit the sand then it probably would have skipped into the trees behind.
No wonder he is grimacing.
Matsuyama steadily knocks his third into the middle of the green, leaving him with about 15 feet for a par.
MacIntyre +1, Finau -2 (7)
A huge round of applause for Tony Finau on the seventh but it's only a par.
Some par though, with the American punching his third through the front bunkers to within a whisker of an improbable birdie after earlier hitting a tree branch with his second shot.
Robert MacIntyre will also be relatively pleased with a scrambling par.
Zalatoris -8, Conners -5 (6)
A big smile from Will Zalatoris. He said earlier this week "if I'm stupid enough to think I can play here, I'm stupid enough to think I can win', and he's making a good fist of it on Sunday. The debutant finds the fairway at seven and then pops a wedge to within six feet to give himself a big birdie chance.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -6 (4)
Matsuyama first... sensibly knocking up and out of the sand to less than 100 yards.
This isn't pretty for Schauffele. Fortunately he has a swing, albeit not a full one, and tries to stab out of the trouble.
He's made it out to the first cut and has a tough third shot coming up...
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -6 (4)
After back-to-back bogeys, you don't really want to be facing Magnolia next. The 495-yard par four is traditionally one of Augusta's toughest holes and Xander Schauffele has already gone bogey-bogey-bogey here all week.
Today? He's not made the best start, pushing his drive right off the fairway.
Matsuyama went the other way and finds himself in the first of two cavernous bunkers.
Rose -5, Leishman -6 (5)
Justin Rose lands his second just off the fifth green. Not the best place to be with the flag on a different plateau.
His chips scoots past by 10 feet or so. It's going to be a third bogey in five holes for the Englishman. He hasn't got going yet.
Marc Leishman takes two putts for par. The Australian is still in a tie for third five shots off the lead.
-11 H Matsuyama (4)
-8 W Zalatoris (6)
-6 X Schauffele (4), M Leishman (4), J Rose (4)
-5 J Rahm (13), C Conners (6)
Zalatoris -8, Conners -5 (6)
A lovely two-putt from the American to save par and remain three off the lead, as Will Zalatoris pops his first up the slope from 60 feet and then loops the next in from 10 feet away.
Corey Conners is in a spot of bother, pushing his tee shot long and then using his putt to knock on through the fringes. It just about sticks on the shelf, but he two-putts from there for a bogey.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -6 (4)
Putting is not necessarily what Hideki Matsuyama is known for, but he judges this tricky 54-foot effort wonderfully well.
It trundles down the slope, arcs round left to right and settles a couple of feet away.
What of Schauffele? He splashes out of the bunker to within a few feet, but then needs two putts. Another shot dropped and the American slips back to six under.
Matsuyama confidently knocks his par putt away.
Rahm -5 (13)
Jon Rahm has saved his best for the final round this week.
The Spaniard is yet to win one of golf's biggest prizes but he surely will one day.
He opened with a birdie and and eagle, added another birdie on the eighth and did likewise with a fine two on the 12th.
Can he now take advantage of the two par-five holes coming up.
He's right and in the pine straw off the tee so laying up short of the creek. The chip is a 6/10 though. Tough birdie putt down the slope. Misses. Par. Not what he needed.
Rose -6, Leishman -6 (4)
Nothing doing at the fourth for Justin Rose or Marc Leishman. Both will feel that they need to start making moves soon.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -7 (3)
Hideki Matsuyama's opening to his final round has been bumpier than it has been the rest of the week.
He has made serene starts to each of the three previous days, with all of them yielding pars on the fourth.
Today he would settle for the same. He knocks his tee shot onto the green, albeit with a complicated long putt.
Schauffele next, telling his ball to "go". He's in the sand in front of the pin.
Zalatoris -8, Conners -6 (5)
The perils of Augusta National. Will Zalatoris flings his tee shot on the par-three sixth pin high, around 20 feet from the flag on the tight green. It rolls once, twice and then picks up momentum to wheel more than three times that distance away.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -7 (3)
Schauffele hasn't got far to go to his ball, then controls his pitch well to leave a seven-foot putt for a par.
Matsuyama neatly bumps his third into the fringe from the back, leaving him with a simple par putt.
Can Schauffele escape with a par as well? No. His putt slides left of the hole.
Zalatoris -8, Conners -6 (5)
Inches!
Will Zalatoris makes par, but it could have been so much better... it's a delightful pitch from just shy of the green by the 24-year-old that wriggles towards the cup and anchors down just to the left of it. He taps in for par.
Corey Conners can't save his par after that wayward drive and drops to six under.
MacIntyre +1, Finau -2 (6)
Robert MacIntyre is finding out all about the perils of Augusta so far today. A shout of "that looks good" off the tee doesn't quite ring true as his ball skips into the patrons at the back of the sixth green.
And while he chips back on okay, he then takes three putts from around 12 feet to card his first double bogey this week.
Tony Finau, who putts after going past the green, escapes with his par.
DeChambeau +5 (F)
Bryson DeChambeau has finished with a birdie on the 18th.
He hit his tee shot 375 yards. Uphill. He carried the bunkers up the left. Astonishing. Ian Woosnam did that 30 years ago when he won, but the tee was 80 yards closer back then.
It left him an 85-yard wedge into the green. He'll be back next April and I wonder if he'll be taking the same aggressive approach.
Matsuyama -11, Schauffele -8 (2)
Schauffele, much further on than Matsuyama, has 33 yards to go and opts to bump and run.
Oh no... he has not executed this how he intended. The ball hits the upward slope and ends up bouncing left instead of onto the green.
Nervy third shots for both men now. Not pretty stuff so far on the third.
Zalatoris -8, Conners -7 (4)
Corey Conners hangs an arm out to the right, needed a call of "fore" there to awaken a couple of unsuspecting patrons who suddenly saw his drive heading their way. He pitches back out on to the fairway with his second.
Will Zalatoris also goes right but stays on the edge of the fairway and then leaves his second narrowly short of the dance floor.
