Wolves show him what he should have done seconds later as Pedro Neto flashes in a left-footed belter from 25 yards as soon as he could. Fires it about four feet wide, a lovely effort.

Well played Danny Welbeck, shutting down Tomy Doyle and taking the ball off him in a dangerous area. Wolves look seriously drilled though and soon turn it back over. Tight game.

James Milner is playing extremely wide on the left for Brighton so far by the way. Their setup is very fluid but he's drifting out to the touchline.

Brighton have had 69.6% possession over the opening 15 minutes of this game. They keep the ball so well.

Nice, real nice from Matheus Cunha to glide past his man in the area and backheel it across goal - but nobody has read his intentions.

Plenty of ebb and flow to this as Wolves win the ball on halfway and release Pedro Neto, who looks sharp enough to run at the Brighton defence but can't sort out a final pass or get a shot away. A danger sign though.

Off the line! Brighton so close to taking the lead as a corner is nodded on, flicked back across goal and Tommy Doyle is in the perfect place to hammer clear.

It was Joao Pedro who had the final effort. Just didn't get enough on his header.

No it wasn't, actually. It was Facundo Buonanotte.

My TV commentator has just said that James Milner has gone past Stanley Matthews in terms of top-flight appearances now. And he played until he was 50!

I wouldn't rule that out for Milner to be honest.
