  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 18:30 BST 15 July 2020

    Newcastle 0-1 Tottenham

Tottenham’s Son Heung-min has been directly involved in more goals in all competitions under José Mourinho than any other player at the club in this period (10 goals, 8 assists).

And that's another cracking efffort, hit from 25 yards and flying in until Martin Dubravka gets a hand up to tip it over.

Dubravka will have been 'disappointed' to be beaten at his near post by the goal but that's a fine save.

    Man City 1-0 Bournemouth

I thought Bournemouth were going to be in for a torrid evening after that early David Silva goal but its not panned out that way at all.

Manchester City are not quite at their fluid best and are having real trouble opening up Bournemouth. While there's only one goal in it, Bournemouth still have a chance...

    Son (27 mins)

They just needed some trash talk.

A goal! With Spurs' first real meaningful attack of the game. Son takes this brilliantly, Harry Kane finds Gio lo Celso, he stretches and finds the number seven on the corner of the area.

He has DeAndre Yedlin on him but manages to hit a low, early shot through the full-back's legs and in at the near post.

Drinks. Spurs yet to have a shot on goal or even get particularly close. I just asked this on the staff chat but will open to the floor, if Tottenham were to play Huddersfield at the moment how long would we have to wait for a goal?

  6. 'Fantastic crosses'published at 18:26 BST 15 July 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

Fantastic crosses being sent in by Joao Moutinho; in-swinging, all kinds of bend and swerve. It's so difficult as a defender because the wrong amount of weight on the header and it all goes wrong. There'll be panic if more of these start flying in.

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

Another dangerous cross from Adama Traore and Nick Pope takes no chances, hooking behind to hand Wolves another corner. Charlie Taylor then flicks behind Joao Moutinho#s delivery.

    Newcastle 0-0 Tottenham

Livewire Allan Saint-Maximin shimmies past Son with a nice jink of the hips and then toebungs in a shot from range, low and hard but easy enough for Hugo Lloris.

Lucas Moura then gets into the area on a rare Tottenham attack but Matt Ritchie has tracked him all of the way.

    Man City 1-0 Bournemouth

Joshua King swivels inside the area and scoops a shot at goal but it flies just wide of the far post. First real attack from the visitors and they were not far off equalising.

Stunning free kick from Silva, however should it have been a free kick? Tackler got the ball first. Given the quality of free kick takers these days should VAR not check free kick incidents in the same way that they check penalties? Or would that slow things down too much...

    Man City 1-0 Bournemouth

A piece of David Silva magic is the difference so far in this game. Not much space between the Bournemouth lines and Manchester City are now finding it difficult to break their opponents down.

James Tarkowski is the target for a free kick into the box by Burnley but Rui Patricio is quick off his line to claim under pressure.

    Newcastle 0-0 Tottenham

Fabulous ball in from Matt Ritchie, he sets it inside on to his right foot and you know what's coming. Superb delivery, nobody has tracked Jonjo Shelvey's run from midfield and the Newcastle captain heads it way over the bar.

He holds his head in his hands. He knows that was a good chance. He's their top scorer in the league this year as well!

    Spurs haven't got going yet.

Hoping that Mourinho's poor form at Newcastle continues tonight. After the takeover I'd love him as manager though!

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

What a cross by Traore, fantastic ball in the box. It's whipped in with so much pace and that was a great chance. Burnley have been organised at the back but there's not much going forward.

  16. Postpublished at 18:15 BST 15 July 2020

    Man City 1-0 Bournemouth

Things are a bit better for Bournemouth now after Manchester City's fast start. They have slowed the tempo of the game down now and got back into their shape. The hosts are patiently passing around midfield as they try to work an opening.

  17. Postpublished at 18:13 BST 15 July 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

Raul Jimenez nods the ball straight at Nick Pope after rising to meet Adama Traore's cross. Burnley have barely been out of their own half yet.

  18. Postpublished at 18:12 BST 15 July 2020

    Newcastle 0-0 Tottenham

Absolute quality from Allan Saint-Maximin, I wonder if Newcastle will be fielding any faxes about him this summer. He spins in from the left wing, runs at Harry Winks and does the old Romario one, knocks it around one side of the England man and runs the other way to collect. His shot is blocked away but he's so dangerous.

  19. 'Burnley have lots of managers'published at 18:12 BST 15 July 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

    Dion Dublin
Former Aston Villa & Man Utd striker on BBC Two

As well as taking the information from Sean Dyche on to the pitch, Burnley have managers on the pitch; James Tarkowski at the back is a manager, Jay Rodriguez up top, is a manager. Dyche has got lots of organisation across the team.

  20. Conor Coady is very loudpublished at 18:11 BST 15 July 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Wolves

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Turf Moor

My first impressions of this game is that Wolves skipper Conor Coady knows how to get his message across.

He was 50 yards from the play at one point in the opening couple of minutes and he was still yelling instructions.

I can see why Nuno Espirito Santo gave him the captain's armband.
