Watford look rock solid. They've not wobbled, they seem organised and they have a style of play.

They're solid in midfield and you can see how they get results with a mix of creative players, experience, and the physical nature of the team.

If QPR can get off to a good start this place will be rocking, they'll be enjoying this little run and hopefully their players can get off to a quick start.

Matt Coupeland: Think Wolves have a good shot. They've shown they can beat the top 6 teams, they have proven winners in their European champion players to help hold the nerves as they progress towards the final, and their counter attack tactics suit cup football well. Would not bet against them.

    Ollie Hayman: Brighton?...

  6. 'Biggest shock of all time'published at 19:09 GMT 15 February 2019

QPR manager Steve McClaren: "Just recently our performances have been inconsistent. We've talked about it. In the last week I've been pleased with the performances.

"We haven't had that luck recently and it will turn. We're very close - and tomorrow's game is a great opportunity."

Nathan: Liverpool, Spurs & Arsenal already gone. Man Utd or Chelsea will also be gone before the quarter finals. Man City also still in, but a great chance for a mid table Premier League team to win a piece of silverware. Hope they all play strong sides and go for it.

  11. 'Very demanding game'published at 18:58 GMT 15 February 2019

    QPR v Watford (19:45 GMT)

Watford head coach Javi Gracia: "I think QPR are playing well. It's true in the last few games they didn't get good results but in many games they've been very close to getting them.

"Against Bristol City on Tuesday they conceded the second goal from a penalty at the end. In the game before, after losing 4-0 against Birmingham they were able to score three goals and missed a penalty in the last minute. I know it will be a very demanding game for us."

    QPR v Watford (19:45 GMT)

Queens Park Rangers might have lost their last game at Bristol City 2-1 but boss Steve McClaren names an unchanged starting line-up as the club looks to reach the quarter-finals for the first time since 1995.

That means striker Nahki Wells, on loan from Burnley, starts.

QPR: Lumley, Furlong, Leistner, Hall, Wszolek, Luongo, Cousins, Freeman, Bidwell, Wells, Smith.

Javi Garcia names a pretty strong Watford team at Loftus Road.

Skipper Troy Deeney is one of six players that started the 1-0 win over Everton last weekend.

Tom Cleverley is one of the five returning to the side.

Watford XI: Gomes, Janmaat, Kabasele, Britos, Holebas, Hughes, Capoue, Cleverley, Sema, Deeney, Gray.

Owen Brayne: Not win, but defo make the final...

Stiofan: Love to see Wolves win it.

Simon Jenkins: Not Watford. No chance. Can’t see anyone but their fans rooting for them to win it! Boring boring.

Ifan Wyn Roberts: Newport would be made into a film if the unthinkable happened. All the best to them.

There's a handful of big teams left in the FA Cup but one of them will be going out on Monday when Chelsea and Manchester United face off.

So that means the competition could be left wide open to an unpredictable winner.

With a decent draw, Watford surely have a chance of reaching the final given their form this season but can they go all the way? What about Wolves and Crystal Palace?

Let me know who you think could win the competition this year and whether or not Watford have what it takes? I reckon they do...

  20. 'All or nothing tonight'published at 18:39 GMT 15 February 2019

    QPR v Watford (19:45 GMT)

    Guy Mowbray
    Match of the Day commentator

The weekend's opening tie could be a cracker, with neither side constrained by any real league pressures to go back to.

Despite an awful current run of Championship results, QPR aren't in imminent danger of a relegation scrap, and can point to a lot of bad luck of late.

They can also take heart from the form of recently-recalled Matt Smith, with the giant striker scoring four goals in the last three games.

Watford are in rude health and, if they win this as they ought to, might feel that this could be their cup year.

With no replays in the fifth round for the first time, it's all or nothing under Friday night lights at a full Loftus Road.
