    QPR 0-0 Watford

Luke Freeman lays it off to Jake Bidwell on the left wing. The full-back swings in a dangerous cross and Matt Smith almost gets a header on target!

He's put off by Jose Holebas - who does ever so well to tussle him out of the way - and it bounces into the back of Christian Kabasale who can then blast it clear.

    QPR 0-0 Watford

QPR spread the ball wide to the right wing and immediately get a cross into the box. That's something Steve McClaren said they wanted to do and that's exactly what they are doing.

The flag is up for offside though.

QPR have got through the initial stages quite comfortably really. Watford have been popping the ball about but the home side look organised and they'll try to stay compact and hope to take their opportunities when they can going forward.

QPR clearly have a game plan but it's inviting Watford onto them. Should they be more positive? Time will tell.

Tom Cleverely's free-kick is sent long towards Troy Deeney. The Watford forward wins it and nods it down but QPR pick up the second ball.

They have a chance to counter but sit back and Watford can come straight back at them.

If doing away with replays is such a good idea then lower League clubs should keep all the revenue when playing Premier league and Championship teams. Because as it stands now it's totally unrealistic that they get a share of the spoils.

There's a clash of heads in the Watford box as the hosts hook a long ball forward. Two players are on the turf so the referee stops the game momentarily to allow the medical team to check things over.

Will Hughes scoops the ball over the top of two defenders to find Andre Gray but QPR get it clear.

Hughes then comes crunching in to win the ball off Jake Bidwell on the touchline. That one looks like it hurt! But he got the ball.

A good decision to get rid of the replays?

It's a good move. At this stage of the season no one wants replays.

I know there's an argument that it can be good financially for lower league teams but in that case I'd like to see someone like Newport get double the money for playing the tie for example.

Removing the replay adds that extra spice to the game.

QPR are winning the second balls but are just struggling to get out of their half at the moment.

Birthday boy Joe Lumley will hoist a kick up-field to try and turn that around.

Watford have just started to get the ball down and play. They patiently look for an opening before Andre Gray is released down the right.

Defender Grant Hall does well to hold him off and the striker is leaning backwards when his cross flies out for a goalkick.
