Neil: Surely this is a ridiculous way to decide group. A contentious yellow card could cost you. What happened to drawing lots?
Jonathan: I think yellow cards are a good eliminating factor. How are you going to increase discipline in the game if you don't make indiscipline a factor when deciding which team should go home.
