So how are we all feeling this morning? Struggling after losing an hour's sleep?
I must admit, I was struggling to nod off, too busy thinking my alarm would go off at the wrong time. Is forgetting to change your clocks even a thing? Has anyone ever actually missed something through forgetting to change them?

India dropping Kuldeep Yadav and replacing him with another pace bowler implies they expect another good pitch here in Pune.

I agree with Aggers - Matt Parkinson has spent a long time on tour running the drinks but I'm sure he's learnt a lot from being in and around the group.

Whatever happens today, the object of the series, according to England captain Eoin Morgan, was to shuffle people about. There may well come to a time in the future where they regret not having a look at Matt Parkinson. Either that or they don't rate him sufficiently.
It's a sign of how well Reece Topley bowled in the last game that he has kept his place in today's side.
India: Rohit, Dhawan, Kohli, Rahul, Pant, H Pandya, K Pandya, Thakur, Bhuvneshwar, Krishna, Natarajan
England: Roy, Bairstow, Stokes, Malan, Buttler, Livingstone, Moeen, S Curran, Rashid, Wood, Topley
India captain Virat Kohli: "We would have bowled first again. As Jos mentioned it is probably the best wicket so far. It is hard with a good amount of grass covering.
"Our best cricket has come when our backs are against the wall. There is not much room for any kind of hesitations."
India have made one change, replacing spinner Kuldeep Yadav with left-arm seamer T Natarajan.
Kuldeep was smashed all over in the last game.
England captain Jos Buttler: "It looks a very good wicket and we're going to bowl again for similar reasons to the other day. I was proud of the performance the other day. We committed to our style and fashion. It's been a fantastic tour with some fantastic matches along the way and we're desperate to win this series decider."
Mark Wood is back for England in place of Tom Curran. There's no Sam Billings, he has been struggling with that shoulder injury, so Dawid Malan keeps his place.
Why change now?
For a third time in a row England have won the toss. Once again they're bowling first.
Image source, BCCIThere's no time to hang about. Can England win a third toss from three?
Let's get to it...
Image source, BCCIGood morning. Losing an hour's sleep hurts doesn't it?
Sixty days after England arrived in India, today their tour will draw to a close. There have been some high highs and very low lows.
Today they have the chance finish it with a series victory. It's winner takes all in this ODI decider in Pune.
Who's ready for another decider?!
