Men's hammer final
We're into the final round of the men's hammer and Nick Miller is still way clear at the top.
However, Canada's Adam Keenan has just bumped England's Taylor Campbell down into fourth. Campbell is yet to throw though, so he's got a chance to get back into the top three. Fingers crossed.
Men's 100m heats
Harry Aikines-Aryeetey has joined fellow Englishman Adam Gemili in the semi-finals of the men's 100m. He finishes second in heat four behind Enoch Olaoluwa Adegoke.
There's a handful of heats to go and Gemili has been knocked down into joint-third fastest.
Nigerian Adegoke is the fastest so far.
England 14-7 Uganda

Good start by England so far with their attack looking sharp and taking their chances in this first quarter.
Uganda seem a bit frantic when they have the ball but are getting into it with the dangerous Peace Proscovia to the fore.

Men's hammer final
Nick Miller, take a bow.
He's just SMASHED the Commonwealth Games record, the British record and his personal best with a throw of 80.26m. And he's still got two more throws to go.

One of the distance marker in the field takes a direct hit from a hammer thrown by Canada's Adam Keenan.
That is more than seven kilos of iron hurtling out of the sky from 70m away versus a flimsy plastic box.
Remarkably it looks like a score draw with the intact marker plopped back in it's place by a volunteer.
On we go.
England v Uganda
And we're under way in that netball pool match.
England are bidding to continue their unbeaten run. Uganda are looking to build on their first win at a Commonwealth Games in their last match.

"Because they're the best!" comes the answer from one fan. "It's going to be an awesome game."
It's about 50-50 in the crowd. No doubt most of the Aussies are backing Uganda. But it's getting very lively that's for sure.
Squash
England's Sarah-Jayne Perry has dispatched Wales' Tesni Evans in the semi-finals. She wins in three-straight games.
England's James Wilstropp is up next in the men's semi-final.
Gymnastics - men's all-around final
Drama on the floor. No medal for England's Max Whitlock!
Marious Georgiou of Cyprus wins gold with a score of 13.966, Scott Morgan the silver for Canada and it's Scotland's Daniel Purvis who takes bronze!
A great performance from the experienced gymnast.
Well, well, well...

Marios Georgiou of Cyprus, who took the bronze medal in the all-around final yesterday, stumbles on his final tumble and the judges will deduct points for that.
But after a fine routine he scores 13.966 and he's into the lead!!!
That's the score to beat for England's Max Whitlock.
Scotland's Daniel Purvis is now down into third with one gymnast to go.
Men's 100m heats
But once they finally do get away, Adam Gemili looks very good and breezes through.
His time is 10.24 seconds, the quickest so far.
Men's 100m heats
This second heat is a mess. Nick Joseph of Saint Lucia is disqualified and then there's a warning shown to all of the remaining athletes after another false start.
Adam Gemili is made to wait.
Men's hammer final
Well that round was a turn up for the books. As well as Nick Miller's monster effort, Australia's Matty Denny has finally recorded a score after two no throws to fly up into the silver medal position.
Only the top eight competitors go through to the last three throws. The home nations make up five of those places, but unfortunately Scotland's Chris Bennett doesn't make the cut.
Men's floor final
Ooooh, the judges are hard to please today. That's another execution score in the sevens for Jac Davies of Wales.
He ends with a score of 12.800, and still Canada's Scott Morgan leads.

But can they stop Uganda superstar Peace Proscovia who scored 35 goals in their first ever Games win over Malawi on Saturday?
