One of the characteristics of the Ferrari this year is that they don't tend to love the soft tyres, that's the one they started the race with, they were kind of forced into that decision because of the cold temperatures, they needed to get off the line quickly, that soft tyre is the easier one to warm up. That car seems to come alive when it has a harder set of tyres on.

Hamilton is closing in even more on Verstappen. So when he said let's go and get him, he's got that gap down from two and a half seconds to 1.8 seconds. Lewis Hamilton has certainly been the more dominant of the two Ferrari drivers over the course of this weekend. He does like this circuit, he's got a great history here, he has won here many times, got his first ever grand prix victory here. He has got a real affinity with this place. But I think him and everybody else have had a real wake-up call today as to how far behind the Mercedes they are.

"Just everything turned off all of a sudden. The engine stopped, no electronics, no proper breaking.

"I'm a bit lost for words, can't really say much more.

"I've got to be honest, I'm proud of my weekend. Pole for the sprint race, won the sprint race, pole for the main race, I had a good battle with Kimi. From my side I don't think there was any more I could do this weekend.

"I'll leave satisfied, although of course I'm pretty frustrated by what's happened, but what more could I do?

On the battle with team-mate Kimi Antonelli: "I thought it was great. I loved it. I really enjoyed it, it felt like karting days. We didn't make any contact, it was close, I loved it. That's what racing is about - I just would've liked to have continued it for 30 more laps.

Chris: Ugh, as a big Lando fan, what were Mclaren thinking? You know your strategy is messed up when only 6 other drivers were on inters as well as your teammate. But what a belter of a GP. Absolutely loving the action.
