Stockport are knocking the ball around their back line comfortably.

They are just able to work themselves out of any trouble.

Cardiff double their lead and that might just be the goal that all but seals their promotion to the Championship!

Ryan Wintle with his second assist of the game as he plays an excellent pass to send Omari Kellyman through.

Kellyman is one-on-one with Reading keeper Joel Pereira but makes no mistake.

  5. 'Same old problems for Wimbledon'published at 16:12 BST 18 April

    AFC Wimbledon 0-1 Plymouth

    Mark Scott
BBC Radio 5 Live reporter at The Cherry Red Records Stadium

Same old problems for Wimbledon, as their drought in front of goal stretches to five and a half games. They had chances after falling behind early on but none of their injury hit line-up were able to cash in.

Plymouth haven't looked like a side with the second best points return in the division since the turn of the year, but they're keeping their play-off hopes alive as things stand.

  6. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:12 BST 18 April

    Notts County 1-1 Barnet

A huge chance early on for Kabongo Tshimanga to double his tally, but he can only find the post and the ball then goes out for a Barnet corner.

The corner leads to very little as Notts County win a free-kick in the Bees' half.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:12 BST 18 April

    Crewe 0-2 MK Dons

Crewe have struck the post early in the second half through Adrien Thibaut, who was introduced from the bench in place of Tommi O'Reilly at half-time. Alfie Pond was also brought on for Calum Agius at the break.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:09 BST 18 April

    Exeter 1-2 Stockport

Stockport are piling on the pressure early in this second half and almost add a third.

Ollie Norwood's pass squeezes through to Malik Mothersille in the box, but his shot from the angle is pushed behind by Jack Bycroft in the Exeter goal.

  9. Postpublished at 16:07 BST 18 April

    Notts County 1-1 Barnet

It's a big 45 minutes at Meadow Lane with Notts County desperate to find that winner.

It was Kabongo Tshimanga's fifth goal in four games and 11 for this season in a Bees shirt, he will be looking to add to that tally.

    Exeter 1-2 Stockport

Odin Bailey almost makes an instant impact from the bench for County as he flashes a ball across the face of goal but it's just out of reach for Adama Sidibeh.

A bit of a let-off for Exeter early in this second half.

  15. Pivotal second half for Newportpublished at 16:02 BST 18 April

    Cheltenham 0-0 Newport

    Laura Kenyon
BBC Final Score reporter at Whaddon Road

Level terms at half-time probably a fair reflection.

Newport hitting the woodwork. Cheltenham missing a sitter. Cross in from the far side, two players arriving, neither able to convert.

A big second half for Christian Fuch's Newport County.

  17. 'MK Dons are far above this level'published at 15:59 BST 18 April

    HT: Crewe 0-2 MK Dons

    Peter Morse
Crewe summariser on BBC Radio Stoke

MK Dons are far above this level and should have sealed the title by now in my view considering what they have got.

It is going to be a tough one for Crewe to get back into this game, but I don't see him [Lee Bell] making any substitutions yet, I think he will stick with what he has got.
