  1. CLOSE!published at 20:56 GMT 27 January

    Salford 0-0 Chesterfield

Chesterfield keeper Zach Hemming races out to the byeline to clear his lines but it goes straight to Haji Mnoga. There's a crowd of bodies between Mnoga and the goal but he tries an audacious lob... but it sails just over the top.

Sam Dalby celebrates for BoltonImage source, Rex Features

Bolton didn't want to miss out with almost all their League One promotion rivals leading. Sam Dalby bundles home against Burton. The Trotters are back up to third as it stands.

  3. 'It's something to hold on to'published at 20:53 GMT 27 January

    Huddersfield 1-0 Luton

    Matt Glennon
Former Huddersfield keeper on BBC Radio Leeds

    That is absolutely brilliant!

The first thing you should be doing with the sweeper-keeper is looking up, what a finish from Ledson.

It's something to hold on to.

  4. Postpublished at 20:53 GMT 27 January

    Salford 0-0 Chesterfield

Salford are unbeaten in their past nine league games (W7 D2) and have won three on the bounce before tonight.

But as yet, the Ammies haven't been able breach the Chesterfield backline.

It's been a dogged display from the Spireites, who themselves are without a win in five.

Will we see something give here?

  5. goal

GOAL: Huddersfield 1-0 Lutonpublished at 20:51 GMT 27 January

    Ryan Ledson (48 mins)

    10-men? No problem...

    What is this goal?

Ryan Ledson has lobbed Josh Keeley with the sweetest strike you'll see from inside his own half.

Luton have the ball and the keeper is on the edge of the box, but the Hatters cough it up cheaply and it rolls into the path of Ledson who drills it so cleanly, with a little swerve from left to right, to beat the dive of the backpedalling Keeley and bulge the net.

You don't see a hit like that very often.

  6. Sloppy Newportpublished at 20:50 GMT 27 January

    Newport 1-2 Accrington

    Saihaj Jaspal
BBC Sport Wales at Rodney Parade

Both of Accrington's goals have come from sloppy Newport errors.

An ugly mix-up between County keeper Jordan Wright and Ryan Delaney gifts Isaac Sinclair a goal and the visitors a 2-1 lead.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:50 GMT 27 January

    Lincoln 2-0 Bradford

Bantams boss Graham Alexander had to change something, and he has, he's withdrawn Tyreik Wright at the break and brought on Calum Kavanagh.

Is that enough to turn the tide, however?

  8. League One Updatepublished at 20:49 GMT 27 January

Late first-half goals in both the 20:00 GMT kick-offs.

Doncaster's Francis Okoronkwo was clothlined in the box by Leyton Orient's Kaelan Casey. Luke Molyneux made no mistake from the spot to make it 2-0 to Donny.

And Will Keane has slotted Reading level against Exeter. That is 1-1 at the interval.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:48 GMT 27 January

    Huddersfield 0-0 Luton

Liam Manning has made his second sub of the night, Saturday's match-winner Marcus Harness is withdrawn at the break with David Kasumu coming on for the 10-man Terriers.

  10. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:47 GMT 27 January

    #bbcefl

We go again in our main slate of matches... which means we're into the final half-hour or so of Newport v Accrington and the two 20:00 GMT kick-offs in League One will be back in 15 minutes or so.

    Mayhem tonight, huh?

  11. League Two Updatepublished at 20:46 GMT 27 January

Guess what? Bromley lead Crewe at the break! The table-toppers would be going eight points clear if everything stays the same.

Grimsby lead Colchester 1-0, as their fine form continues to fire them towards the play-off places.

Right on the cusp of half-time, Ched Evans headed Fleetwood ahead to pile more misery on rock-bottom Harrogate.

Cambridge and Shrewsbury, and Walsall and Crawley are goalless at the interval.

The second half in south Wales has already started and Accrington have started it just like they began the first, with a goal. Isaac Sinclair has made it 2-1 over Newport County.

  12. League One Updatepublished at 20:45 GMT 27 January

Stockport have made it a trio of 2-0 leads for the top three. They are comfortable at Blackpool.

Plymouth led but Mansfield pulled them back. It is 1-1 in the south west.

Exeter, Northampton and Wycombe all lead 1-0 in their respective matches.

Owen Bailey has tapped Doncaster ahead against Leyton Orient, with that 20:00 GMT kick-off almost at half-time.

  13. 'Everything has been great'published at 20:44 GMT 27 January

    HT: Lincoln 2-0 Bradford

    Mark Hone
Former Lincoln City defender on BBC Radio Lincolnshire

Totally dominant, they should be three or four goals up here.

Everything has been great, there's not much else I can say.

Things can change, I'm sure Graham Alexander will change some tactics but if it continues like this, there will be more goals for us.

At home we have started to overpower teams - it's just a dominant display from a team who look Championship bound.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:39 GMT 27 January

    MK Dons 1-0 Bristol Rovers

MK Dons score at the perfect time.

Luke Offord's close range strike and Jon Mellish's header shook the frame of the goal for the hosts but it was the ever-reliable Calum Paterson with a poacher's finish to put them ahead on the stroke of half-time.

Bristol Rovers with a lot of work to do to avoid a 15th defeat in 17 games.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 GMT 27 January

    Huddersfield 0-0 Luton

Very little in the way of goalmouth incident in this one, but no shortage of talking points.

Terriers forward Alfie May received a straight red card for tugging the hair of Kasey Palmer in midfield, he was trying to tug his shirt but Palmer's dreadlocks got in the way. By the book that's violent conduct.

To make matters worse Bojan Radulovic limped off for Liam Manning's men.

Luton have probably edged the half-chances but will want to take advantage of their extra man in the second half.

  16. goal

GOAL: MK Dons 1-0 Bristol Roverspublished at 20:37 GMT 27 January

    Callum Paterson (45+7 mins)

Right on the stroke of half-time!

Aaron Collins steams down the right and pulls back a perfect pass for Callum Paterson to steer in from close range.

That's 12 goals for the season for Paterson and after hitting the woodwork twice, MK Dons finally break the deadlock.

  17. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:36 GMT 27 January

    MK Dons 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Jon Mellish loops a header back across goal but it somehow cannons back out off the inside of the post.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 GMT 27 January

    Cardiff 2-0 Barnsley

All going to plan for the leaders.

Perry Ng gave the Bluebirds a perfect start with a thunderous finish inside the near post after just three minutes and despite plenty of pressure it took until stoppage-time for Chris Willock to coolly slot the second.

Barnsley had a couple of moments, Davis Keillor-Dunn drawing a superb flying save from Nathan Trott with a curling effort, but plenty of work for Conor Hourihane to do in the next 15 minutes.

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 GMT 27 January

    Notts County 1-1 Swindon

All square at the break and it's the least Notts County deserve in truth.

Jodi Jones rattled the crossbar with a thunderous effort for the Magpies before Connor Ripley made a remarkable stop in the Swindon goal to deny Alassana Jatta's glancing header.

But it was the Robins who struck first through an Ollie Clarke wondergoal, chesting down and volleying in from 20 yards.

County did get their rewards a few moments later, though, equalising through Jatta who tapped in from a knock down.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 GMT 27 January

    Lincoln 2-0 Bradford

Freddie Draper celebrates for Lincoln City v Bradford CityImage source, Getty Images

If this was a boxing match they might not play the second half.

Lincoln have been irresistible, creating a glut of chances and the only surprise is their lead is only two goals.

Freddie Draper's dreamy header from Reeco Hackett's curling free-kick set them on their way after seven minutes and Jack Moylan swept home a brilliant second shortly before the break.
