    Arsenal 1-1 Kairat

That's only the third goal Arsenal have conceded in Europe this season. Two goals in the opening seven minutes at Emirates Stadium.

  2. 'Sanchez panics a little bit'published at 20:09 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 0-0 Chelsea

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona

Out of nothing. Again good pressure form Napoli, they really are trying to put Chelsea under pressure. They force them back right into their own penalty area, Caicedo plays it back to Sanchez and he panics a little bit. McTominay was nearly celebrating the opening goal there, if only that went under the crossbar.

    Liverpool 0-0 Qarabag

Camilo Duran pulls wide in the box. He takes the ball and looks to smash beyond Alisson but it's easy for the Liverpool keeper.

Ooooh, Robert Sanchez gets away with one there. Moises Caicedo plays the ball back to his keeper and Scott McTominay charges it down but has the ball smashed into his face.

Ouch. He doesn't look to be in good way.

    Eilidh Barbour
BBC Radio 5 Live reporter at Etihad Stadium

Brilliant ball from Ait-Nouri from the left and Haaland was all on his own. Haaland's head is in his hand. He knows how big a chance that was.

    Arsenal 1-1 Kairat

    Alex Howell
BBC Sport Arsenal reporter at Emirates Stadium

After a lengthy VAR check, Kairat get an unlikely penalty after Riccardo Calafiori tugged Jorginho's shirt.

The forward Jorginho gets up and tucks it away and the away fans go mad.

There's even some journalists from Kazakhstan who are celebrating around the media area.

    What an unlikely equaliser.

  9. goal

GOAL - PSG 1-0 Newcastlepublished at 20:08 GMT 28 January

    Vitinha (8 mins)

Newcastle can't keep PSG out for long!

The holders did not let that penalty save by Nick Pope impact them and Newcastle have barely had a touch of the ball, so it is no surprise the hosts do take the lead.

The ball is worked to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on the right and he squares to Vitinha just outside the box. The midfielder has so much space and time to pick his spot, which he does so superbly as he fires into the bottom corner.

    Barcelona 0-1 FC Copenhagen

How's this for an early shock? Barcelona are losing to FC Copenhagen with Viktor Dadason putting the Danish side in front.

The Spanish champions started today ninth in the league phase table, just outside a last-16 spot, level on points with Chelsea, Newcastle and Paris St-Germain, the three teams above them.

And that's a lovely finish from the spot.

So, all this time we just needed Havertz back to fully unlock Gyökeres. Who’d’ve thunk it.

    PSG 0-0 Newcastle

    Chris Sutton

It's a brilliant save by Nick Pope. It's a straight run up and Pope goes to his left-hand side.

    Huge save.

  15. 'Justice'published at 20:06 GMT 28 January

    PSG 0-0 Newcastle

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on MOTD: UEFA Champions League

A great save by Pope and that's justice - I didn't think it was a penalty, it was just a natural movement of his hand.

You can hear more from Warnock on MOTD: Uefa Champions League at 22:40 GMT on BBC One and the BBC Sport website and app.

    Liverpool 0-0 Qarabag

Cody Gakpo cuts inside and finds Florian Wirtz inside the box. He takes a touch and looks to drive an effort with his left foot but it's well charged down.

  17. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:06 GMT 28 January

    Eintracht Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham

Almost the dream start for Tottenham as Xavi Simons slots in, but the flag is up quickly for an offside by Wilson Odobert.

Seems a bit harsh on Spurs but their start will give them confidence of getting a win here.
