All Manchester City have to do today is win and they know a fourth consecutive title and a sixth under Pep Guardiola will be theirs.

It's a simple enough task for a team who are yet to lose a Premier League home match this season, having won 13 and drawn five.

But there have been a few nervy final days of the season for City over the years and, as they say, anything can happen.

This is some of the words from Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp's open letter to fans of the club, published in the Liverpool Echo, external.

"The biggest lesson I will take with me is that giving up is definitely not in the Scouse dictionary," wrote Klopp.
