Son said goodbye to Spurs after a pre-season friendly in Seoul, leaving the pitch in tears. But that meant he did not get the send off Spurs fans would surely have given him at their north London home.

Now, four months on and with the MLS season over, Son's first port of call is a return to Spurs to say a proper goodbye. He will be presented to fans before kick-off this evening.
