    Gillingham 1-1 Barnet

The first shot of the half has taken five minutes to come and it's Garath McCleary cutting in from the right for Gillingham and letting fly. His effort is deflected and bounces comfortably into the arms of Barnet keeper Cieran Slicker.

  2. 'Vale all over the shop'published at 13:44 GMT 22 November 2025

    Port Vale 0-1 Plymouth

    Phil Bowers
    BBC Radio Stoke commentator

There's a lot of booing and discontent around the ground now.

Vale are the culprits of their own mistakes, they're all over the shop.

They're giving Plymouth lots of confidence, things are getting frantic.

  3. Postpublished at 13:43 GMT 22 November 2025

    Gillingham 1-1 Barnet

Gillingham had failed to score in just two of their last 25 league games before today.

They've also only kept just one clean sheet across their last eight League Two outings.

Kept both those runs going today.

  4. CLOSE!published at 13:42 GMT 22 November 2025

    Port Vale 0-1 Plymouth

    Better from Vale.

A cut-back from the right of the box is destined for the lurking Rhys Walters until Ruari Paton takes it off his toe.

Paton eventually pokes it back to his colleague but despite working some space his effort from the edge of the box deflects wide and Vale make a hash of the corner, in truth.

  5. Postpublished at 13:41 GMT 22 November 2025

    Harrogate 0-1 Walsall

    Harrogate are building pressure.

First, Walsall's Aden Flint is forced to scramble a Levi Sutton shot away behind for a corner before Myles Roberts makes a stop.

Sutton has looked Harrogate's most dangerous player and has had a few decent shots in the game so far but that was his best effort yet.

  6. Postpublished at 13:40 GMT 22 November 2025

    Port Vale 0-1 Plymouth

Is that goal the spark which this game needed?

Mathias Ross has had a spell of treatment for the visitors.

Their fans who made the 500-mile round-trip for a lunchtime kick-off are having a whale of a time at present, despite having lost four straight games, and six in a row in all competitions on this run of away games.

They are suggesting the reason Lorent Tolaj left Port Vale was because they are... not good. But not as politely.

  7. Postpublished at 13:40 GMT 22 November 2025

    Gillingham 1-1 Barnet

We're finally back under way again at Gillingham and Barnet are straight on the front foot, probing around the Gills penalty area.

  8. 'He's the Ibrahimovic of the lower league'published at 13:37 GMT 22 November 2025

    Port Vale 0-1 Plymouth

    David Norris
Former Plymouth Argyle midfielder on BBC Radio Devon

He attacked it really well, that's a striker for you.

He's the Ibrahimovic of the lower league.

It makes such a difference by closing down and it's gone just how we wanted it to.

  9. Postpublished at 13:35 GMT 22 November 2025

    Harrogate 0-1 Walsall

The second half is under way at the Exercise Stadium.

Both teams are unchanged and it looks like the approaches are the same too with another foul and another Evan Weir free-kick for Walsall plunged into Harrogate's box and a couple of long throws added in for good measure in the opening minutes here.

  10. goal

GOAL: Port Vale 0-1 Plymouthpublished at 13:34 GMT 22 November 2025

    Lorent Tolaj (46 mins)

    Guess who?

I make that 17 seconds into the second half.

Matty Sorinola's low cross from the right is met at the near post by former Valiant Lorent Tolaj to poke low past the clutches of Joe Gauci and inside the near post.

And BOY does he celebrate it.

Argyle have a lead to defend, somehow, and Vale need to end their goal drought to avoid going bottom of League One.

  11. KICK-OFFpublished at 13:33 GMT 22 November 2025

We're back under way at Harrogate with Port Vale just about to resume and Gillingham v Barnet to follow in a few more minutes.

Some shocking news to bring you, the PA announcer at Vale Park has uttered the words Merry Christmas on the afternoon of 22 November... we'd best get in the loft for the decorations later on then...

Currently on the way from Cambridge to Barrow. Hopefully the mighty U’s will finally find some away form and push up the table.

    Philip, Cambridgeshire

Pretty lengthy journey for you there Philip! It's possible that Cambridge could move into the play-off spots with a win and a few other results going their way today

Neither side has dominated, neither side has looked the better one.

Devante Cole will be kicking himself for not putting away that golden chance.

It was getting a little tetchy as they started going down the tunnel, it's probably the most fire we've seen this afternoon.

The quality just hasn't been there - it's a typical game for two sides at the bottom of the league.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:22 GMT 22 November 2025

    Gillingham 1-1 Barnet

    All square at the break.

The Bees could've probably found themselves at least another goal to the good if they'd taken their chances.

But Bradley Dack's phenomenal free-kick for Gillingham just before the half-time whistle has restored parity.

  18. goal

GOAL: Gillingham 1-1 Barnetpublished at 13:19 GMT 22 November 2025

    Bradley Dack (45+3 mins)

What a beauty this is from Bradley Dack right on the stroke of half-time!

Gillingham win a free-kick at least 25 yards out and Dack curls it over the wall and into the top corner.

Right in the postage stamp. Fantastic goal.

Barnet will be kicking themselves for not making their dominance count.

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:19 GMT 22 November 2025

    Harrogate 0-1 Walsall

Walsall are deservedly ahead at the break.

Daniel Kanu's opener showed a great balance of composure and determination after a 45 minutes filled with fouls and set-pieces.

Harrogate pose a threat from long-throws but need to get their finishing right and Walsall's Evan Weir's free-kicks are causing issues for the hosts.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:18 GMT 22 November 2025

    Port Vale 0-0 Plymouth

A game long on endeavour but desperately short of quality, if we're honest. You can see why they are the bottom two.

Vale have grown into the game but their goal drought is now 409 minutes, despite huffing and puffing they haven't really come close to blowing anything goalwards.

Plymouth have not offered a lot either.

We await our first shot on target of the match.

The only way is up after the break.

A melee in the tunnel as the players head off for half-time might have just spiced things up in the second half, however.
