  2. Postpublished at 16:17 GMT 4 January

    Millwall 1-1 Swansea

Swansea goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux was virtually a one-man defence in the first half.

His first act of the second period is to deny Billy Mitchell getting Millwall back in front.

    There it finally is!

The pass is perfect, first-time in behind.

    Big goal for Middlesbrough!

Boro work a clever short corner routine before Matt Targett slides an excellent ball through for Morgan Whittaker to finish from close range, slotting beneath Saints keeper Gavin Bazunu.

The long wait for a goal is over for Kim Hellberg's side and they're moving into the top two as things stand.

  6. More than 400 minutes without a goal for Boropublished at 16:13 GMT 4 January

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

    Rob Law
BBC Radio 5 Live reporter at Riverside Stadium

Middlesbrough have gone over 400 minutes without a goal. The closest they came in the first half was a tame Alan Browne effort.

Southampton went close moments ago. Adam Armstrong inside the box but his shot was blocked at close range.

    Still 0-0.

    Blackburn 1-2 Charlton

Blackburn are searching for an equaliser and have started brightly in the second half.

They've won a free-kick which Todd Cantwell curls into the box but it fails to test Charlton's back line.

  8. Postpublished at 16:09 GMT 4 January

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

What a debut Adilson Malanda is having for Middlesbrough.

He makes yet another crucial block to deny Adam Armstrong and Southampton what looked for all the world to be the opener.

A well worked move by the Saints as a blocked shot eventually fell the way of Armstrong, who is thwarted. Malanda celebrates the block like a goal.

    Ben Cabango (47 mins)

    Well, well, well.

They were pretty much battered in the first 45 but Swansea are level.

Skipper Ben Cabango is at the far post to convert from a corner for his first goal of the season.

Will Millwall rue all those chances going begging in the opening half?

  10. Postpublished at 16:07 GMT 4 January

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

Southampton have scored in all 13 of their away league games this season. It’s their longest scoring streak from the start of a campaign since 1996-97 (also 13), while they've only had longer in 1928-29 (16).

Can the Saints keep their away goalscoring run going today?

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:06 GMT 4 January

    Norwich 0-0 Stoke

A change at the break for Stoke.

Sam Gallagher is on for Divin Mubama.

We await the breakthrough for either side.

  12. goal

GOAL: Derby 1-2 Wrexhampublished at 16:06 GMT 4 January

    Matty James (48 mins)

Wrexham make a quick impact after the restart!

Sam Smith had put them ahead earlier on before Ben Brereton Diaz's leveller.

Well Matty James has just found the top corner from long range to put them back in front.

    Can Derby threaten another comeback?

Postponements could help Coventry, should we need it, as teams such as Hull and Ipswich may have lost some momentum and be faced with more games in an increasingly congested season

  15. 'Boro and Saints have both had their moments'published at 15:54 GMT 4 January

    HT: Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Tees

    It has been pretty even.

Both teams have had their moments, Southampton's chance through Tom Fellows has definitely been the best of them though.

Both teams have been left open a bit.

Finn Azaz has been the main threat.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 GMT 4 January

    Derby 1-1 Wrexham

All square at the break at Pride Park.

Derby levelled after Ben Brereton Diaz's goal cancelled out Sam Smith's opener for Wrexham.

Plenty to play for in the second half.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 GMT 4 January

    Blackburn 1-2 Charlton

The whistle is blown and the curtain is brought down on the first half at Ewood Park.

Charlie Kelman's double gives Charlton the upper hand against Blackburn.

But Moussa Baradji's effort on the verge of half-time has kept this one in the balance.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 GMT 4 January

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

Plenty of chances for both sides at the Riverside but it remains goalless at the break.

Tom Fellows perhaps with the best of the lot for Southampton after he was played in behind by ex-Boro man Finn Azaz but fired over the bar from eight yards.

That clinical edge is needed in the second half. Can either side find it?

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 GMT 4 January

    Millwall 1-0 Swansea

Mihailo Ivanovic celebrates scoringImage source, PA

Mihailo Ivanovic's fifth goal of the seasons means Millwall head in deservedly ahead at the break.

But for the brilliance of goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux, Swansea would be out of this already.

Twice he denied Ivanovic before the goal and also pulled off saves from Macaulay Langstaff, Camiel Neghli and Femi Azeez.

Ronald and Ben Cabango had late efforts saved by Max Crocombe as the visitors finally found a cutting edge.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 GMT 4 January

    Norwich 0-0 Stoke

Tommy Simkin has saved well from Norwich's top-scorer Jovon Makama and Lamine Cisse has been denied by Vladan Kovacevic in the home goal.

Matej Jurasek has had a goal disallowed for offside.

    Very even.
