    Nottm Forest 0-0 Newcastle

Really good counter-attacking move from Forest.

Dilane Bakwa gets into the penalty box and chops one way then the other before curling towards the far post.

There's a glancing header from a black and white shirt to ensure it goes behind so it'll be a corner for the hosts.

They don't look like a relegated team, Michael Jackson seems to have motivated them well and they won't want to finish bottom of the league

    Burnley 1-0 Aston Villa

Burnley choose to live a little dangerously as they opt to play the ball back across their own goal and it's only just cleared in time to prevent Ollie Watkins getting a toe to it.

Morgan Rogers wins possession from the clearance and his long-range shot is deflected behind for a corner.

Villa opt to take it short and eventually Ian Maatsen's half-volley is scuffed well wide.

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Everton

Some brilliant play from James Garner almost results in Everton doubling their lead.

The midfielder embarks on a powerful run down the left, before trying to pick out Iliman Ndiaye in the box with a spectacular outside-of-the-boot cross.

Newcastle are on the front foot and causing a lot of problems through the likes of Tonali, Guimaraes and Joelinton.

Forest can't get hold of the ball. Awoniyi is having to come back and help his midfield because the midfield of Newcastle are causing all kinds of issues.

    Burnley 1-0 Aston Villa

Aside from Morgan Rogers' shot, Aston Villa have really struggled to get their foot on the ball. It's a stark contrast from Thursday when they were so dominant in a 4-0 win over Nottingham Forest to reach the Europa League final.

You have to wonder how much time they have spent celebrating over the past couple of days.

After Thursday's disappointing Europa League semi-final defeat to Aston Villa, it is a little subdued at the City Ground.

It does not help that Newcastle are on top but it certainly feels like end-of-season fatigue by the Trent this afternoon.

As much as our run to a European final has been glorious, the league has been a complete non-event for Palace this year. Like we haven’t bothered turning up. It’s been a boring and dismal year.

Good effort first of all. The Villa players were too slow to react, Emiliano Martinez should do better than bouncing it back into Jaidon Anthony's path. It falls to Jaidon and he calmly puts it away.

  11. Woltemade will relish freedompublished at 14:12 BST 10 May

This feels like a big afternoon for Nick Woltemade, who is making his first start for Newcastle United in nearly two months.

Woltemade cut a dejected figure after failing to get on the pitch against Brighton last week, but the club's record signing has been given an opportunity in a floating role just behind striker William Osula.

The German has been used in a variety of roles this season - whether that is as an isolated number nine or an ill-suited central midfielder - but he has a lot more freedom in this position.

    Burnley 1-0 Aston Villa

It's all Burnley now. Where was this earlier in the season?

Loum Tchaouna uses some slick footwork to create space and deliver from the right but his cross asks just a little too much of a stretching Zian Flemming.

William Osula makes a driving run through the middle of the park but he takes a heavy touch as he tries to chop back in and Forest are able to clear.

It was a great ball in fronm Tonali and Osula just gets in front of Cunha. He should score really, or at least work Sels in the Forest goal. A great opportunity.

Ooooh, that's a lovely ball from the right-hand side from Sandro Tonali and William Osula tries to volley home but he doesn't quite make a good enough connection and it drops wide.

    The hosts lead!

Again, it's great work from Loum Tchaouna to get Burnley rolling before Lesley Ugochukwu's shot is parried kindly into the path of Jaidon Anthony to slot in from a couple of yards.

Loum Tchaouna has not been a regular by any means for Burnley this season but, with relegation confirmed, he's getting his chance during the run-in and is already causing problems for Aston Villa.

The 22-year-old winger wins a free-kick, which is eventually overhit and behind for a goal kick.

  19. Anderson feels love from away endpublished at 14:08 BST 10 May

Chants of "Geordie Maradona!" from the away end.

Newcastle United supporters understandably still have an awful lot of time for former midfielder Elliot Anderson, even if he is now wearing the red of Nottingham Forest.

It's been a good start from Newcastle. I always felt that they would dominate with the players that Forest have missing.
