Most points won from losing positions in WSL this season - Tottenham most with 9

Martin Ho's Tottenham have won nine points from losing positions this season.

But if they claw something back today from 2-0 down, it would surely be the most precious of the lot.

Koga is ball watching and Nusken runs off her right shoulder, and it's a lack of communication. It's a beautiful pinpoint ball from Cuthbert to find her, but she can't finish. And then Thompson with a decent finish.

NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo has said he has joined the ownership group of Chelsea Women.

In a post on X, he said he was "proud and honoured" to partner with Alexis Ohanian, the founder of social media platform Reddit who bought a stake in the club in 2025.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Antetokounmpo, 31, said Chelsea is a "historic club built on passion, excellence, and a willing culture".

"Chelsea's history speaks for itself, and I'm excited to contribute to the future by supporting continued growth and impact in women's sport," he wrote. "This is about ambition, legacy, and pushing the game to new heights. Up the Chels!"

It is the latest in a series of minority stakes in professional sports teams that the basketball player has taken, following investments in baseball side Milwaukee Brewers, football club Nashville SC and the Los Angeles Golf Club.

Ohanion purchased an 8-10% share in Chelsea Women, believed to be worth around £20m, last year.

At times the Chelsea midfield have been non-existent. The intensity, the fluidity, the movement from Spurs was quite amazing to see in there, and their front line too.

Chelsea just couldn't get near enough to them, Tottenham completely overawed them.

  18. 'Really disappointing for Tottenham'published at 15:20 GMT 8 February

    Fara Williams

Tottenham have been the more dominant team in the opening 45 minutes and put Chelsea on the back foot many times.

Chelsea have looked really vulnerable, in transition they have struggled to stop the counter from Tottenham.

Going in 1-0 down at half time to a team you have absolutely dominated is really disappointing.

However, despite 12 attempts, Spurs only managed two shots on target while Chelsea had three shots on target from four fewer attempts.
