Oh, Macclesfield so close to a third goal!

A wonderful curling effort from sub Justin Johnson smashes the top of the bar from the angle around 25 yards from goal.

Another superb effort from the Silkmen, who have been terrific in extra time so far, and are so unlucky not to have a two-goal advantage.

It's just that final ball for Newport, it's four v two running at the backline.

It's a great defensive block don't get me wrong, but that's an opportunity missed for Newport.

Macclesfield once completed 10 consecutive penalty shoot-out wins — a long unbeaten run in shootouts. So if it goes to penalties, Macclesfield are surely the favourites.

They might not need that now, Casper, thanks to James Edmondson's cracker.

    What a goal that was!

They were doing the right thing at the start of this period by keeping the ball.

Slough were probably happy letting Edmondson pass it.

He doesn't pass it and finds the top corner.
