    They'd lost three of their past four games going into this game against the relegated bottom side who are without a win since September.

    Boss Sergej Jakirovic called this one "must win" and with the form of the teams just outside the top six you can understand why.

    You have to always try and shoot and you never know what will happen - and that goal there shows that.

    The Oxford keeper Jamie Cumming didn't believe he was going to shoot, and he steps the wrong way and it just set him off and Shea Charles managed to find the top corner.
