    Bromley 0-0 Notts County

Spectacular overhead kick effort from Matthew Dennis in the centre of the box after Tom Iorpenda's header on, but it misses the target with an unclean connection.

Pretty even this game so far, as you would expect from two teams with only one place between them in the league table.

  2. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:21 GMT 14 February

    Lincoln 0-0 Bolton

The net hasn't seen any action yet but the woodwork certainly has.

John McAtee's ball is tricky for Imps keeper George Wickens but ends up bouncing off the post.

The stopper is then put to the test once again as Sam Dalby receives a pinpoint pass from Corey Blackett-Taylor and takes aim. Wickens is up to scratch though, denying an opener.

Things are looking good for Bolton right about now.

MK Dons and Shrewsbury were quick out of the blocks scoring against Newport and Swindon respectively, Aaron Collins and Iwan Morgan on target for both hosts.

Chesterfield are a goal to the good against bottom club Harrogate with Lee Bonis scoring for the Spireites after 12 minutes.

Zech Obiero has put Tranmere ahead against Crawley, again after 12 minutes, as Micky Mellon's side look to arrest a slump of six defeats.

It is goalless so far in all the other 3pm kick-offs.

  4. Postpublished at 15:21 GMT 14 February

    Bromley 0-0 Notts County

It's a tale of pressure at both ends producing corners not goals so far in this one.

Notts County now have their own first corner, not quite Bromley's three, so 3-1 to the home side in the corner count!

  5. League One updatepublished at 15:19 GMT 14 February

Cardiff have taken a 1-0 lead against Jack Wilshere's Luton thanks to David Turnbull. It extends their lead at the top of League One to four points.

Elsewhere, Barnsley have stormed into an early 2-0 lead against AFC Wimbledon courtesy of David McGoldrick and Tom Bradshaw.

Bradford scored the first goal of the afternoon, taking the lead against Peterborough through Bobby Pointon.

  6. 'Bolton are increasing the pressure'published at 15:16 GMT 14 February

    Lincoln 0-0 Bolton

    Michael Hortin
    BBC Radio Lincolnshire commentator

Bolton are trying to increase the pressure on Lincoln City by having the ball in the midfield and keeping possession.

Lincoln are struggling to clear the ball when the ball is near their net, and there are attacks starting to build from Bolton.

  7. Postpublished at 15:15 GMT 14 February

    Lincoln 0-0 Bolton

Bolton have settled here but a looped cross into the box can't quite force Lincoln stopper George Wickens into action.

Not sure if Lincoln have heard about Cardiff going in front elsewhere but if they have, no doubt they will be wanting to see the net sooner rather than later to settle some nerves.

  8. Postpublished at 15:15 GMT 14 February

    Bromley 0-0 Notts County

Bromley have an early series of three corners in two minutes, but they come to nothing.

  9. Postpublished at 15:12 GMT 14 February

    Barrow 0-0 Colchester

First chance goes to the away side; Fin Back assists Samson Tovide, who hits a left-footed shot on the half volley from outside the box. It is blocked and spins behind for a goal-kick.

Moments later the U's get the first corner of the game as Charlie Raglan deflects it over the whitewash after good work from Kyreece Lisbie.

  10. League Two updatepublished at 15:11 GMT 14 February

Aaron Collins has scored the first League Two goal of the afternoon putting MK Dons 1-0 up against Newport at stadium:mk with a minute on the clock.

And relegation-threatened Shrewsbury were not far behind, Iwan Morgan giving them the lead against second-placed Swindon after seven minutes.

  11. League One updatepublished at 15:10 GMT 14 February

Bradford score the first goal of the afternoon, taking the lead against Peterborough thanks to Bobby Pointon.

He did well to latch on to a chipped ball from Tyreik Wright and slot it past the keeper.

  12. Postpublished at 15:09 GMT 14 February

    Bromley 0-0 Notts County

Two changes from Bromley's last fixture with Fleetwood as Zech Medley and Jude Arthurs come back in.

Notts County beat Barrow 2-1 last Saturday and have scored eight fewer goals than top-placed Bromley, but have conceded two fewer than their leaders in the League so far this season.

  13. 'Bolton have to be careful'published at 15:09 GMT 14 February

    Lincoln 0-0 Bolton

    Keith Hill
Former Bolton and Barnsley boss on BBC Radio Manchester

There have been two opportunities early on for Lincoln, and Bolton have to be careful as Lincoln are not a side that concede many goals.

This would be a difficult to get back into if they go a goal down.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:09 GMT 14 February

    Lincoln 0-0 Bolton

Jack Moylan is a man on a mission to get to the Championship.

It takes no time at all for him to be wobbling the crossbar before he's testing Bolton keeper Jack Bonham after getting on the end of Tom Hamer's throw.

Keep your eyes peeled. You might be seeing the forward's name a fair bit this afternoon.

  15. Postpublished at 15:05 GMT 14 February

Herbie Kane is on to make his first start for Argyle.

He's scored plenty in his time - can he put himself on the score sheet for his new side this afternoon?

  18. What else is happening in League Two?published at 14:53 GMT 14 February

Simon Weaver smiles after first win in 21 gamesImage source, Getty Images

After the hors d’oeuvres of the Barnet-Cheltenham lunchtime kick-off let’s get stuck into the meat and potato pie on offer at 3pm as nine important games get under way in League Two.

Quite rightly many eyes will be closely focused on the top of the table clash between first and third, Bromley and Notts County.

But there is plenty elsewhere to get our teeth into with second-placed Swindon looking to win a fifth match on the spin at struggling Shrewsbury, who start the afternoon a couple of places above the relegation zone.

Bottom club Harrogate emerged blinking into the light after arresting their mid-season slump with a first win in 21 games against arguably the division’s hottest team in Cambridge United last weekend.

Can Simon Weaver (pictured) get them to back it up at SMH Group Stadium against hosts Chesterfield, who are unbeaten in three?

Fifth-placed MK Dons, League Two’s leading scorers with 59 goals, can go into the top three with a win against Newport at stadium:mk. Paul Warne’s side will fancy their chances coming into this unbeaten in six and having won four of their past five.

Their Welsh opponents have won just one of their past seven matches.

Fourth-placed Cambridge may still be wondering quite how they lost to Harrogate last weekend but have at least put that to bed with a 3-0 win at Crawley in midweek.

They remain in hot form having won eight of their past 10 but host a Bristol Rovers side who have won their past two.

Crewe entertain Gillingham in a mid-table clash between 10th and 14th, with both sides in decent recent form, the former unbeaten in four and Gareth Ainsworth’s side having won three of their past five.

In contrast, Oldham and Fleetwood bring cold form to Boundary Park having lost their past three and six of their past eight, respectively.

And 17th-placed Tranmere shiver their way into a home clash with 20th-placed Crawley, the Merseyside club having lost their past six against a side who have lost their past two.

  19. Maamria ready to give Barrow a boostpublished at 14:51 GMT 14 February

    Barrow v Colchester (15:00 GMT)

Dino Maamria takes charge, external of his first game as head coach of Barrow with the club in desperate need of points to get clear of the drop zone.

"The players need help and I'm here to help them," he told BBC Radio Cumbria. "They need help and they need clarity, to simplify things for them."

Fortunately for the former Burton boss they have good recent history against today's opponents, Colchester United.

Barrow have lost just one of their past 13 games against the U's in the Football League, and are unbeaten in the past eight league meetings since a 3-2 defeat in September 2021.

Colchester may sit in a comfortable 12th position, but have failed to score in their past two league games against Barrow, and have lost two of their past three games in League Two.

  20. Crunch clash at top of League Twopublished at 14:50 GMT 14 February

Bromley v Notts County (15:00 GMT)

League Two leaders Bromley host the oldest club in the Football League this afternoon.

Notts County currently sit third, so this is a pretty crunch clash, with fellow automatic promotion-chasers Swindon and Cambridge United particularly interested.

Bromley are winless in their past three League Two meetings with County, who won their only previous away league game against Bromley 4-2.

The hosts are unbeaten across their past 17 home league games since a 3-2 defeat against Salford City in March 2025. They have also scored more than one goal in each of their past 15 home games in League Two.

Notts County have won each of their past six games in League Two.
