    Fulham 1-0 Liverpool

    Aadam Patel
    Football Reporter at Craven Cottage

You get the sense that Marco Silva watched the way Leeds nullified Liverpool on Thursday and he's taken a leaf out of their book.

Bar the Gakpo chance earlier, Liverpool are struggling to find a way through the Fulham back five. It's all very pedestrian whenever Arne Slot's side have the ball.

Tottenham have won seven of their last eight Premier League games when scoring first, losing the other 2-1 at home to Aston Villa last October.

As a Liverpool fan it’s hard to fathom how many chances we give other teams and how many clear chances we get a game. So much possession without using it at all.

    Fulham 1-0 Liverpool

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Chelsea and Fulham goalkeeper on 5 Live at Craven Cottage

It's a clear game plan from Fulham. A back three but back five when defending, really compact, not letting Liverpool find those spaces for the little intricate passes inside. It's worked really well so far.
