    Reading 0-0 Bolton

Almost a bizarre opening for Reading.

Royals captain Lewis Wing is just inside the Bolton half and collecting the ball on the turn and on the bounce he decides to go for it.

It looks completely harmless as it heads towards the goalkeeper but then takes an unexpectedly big bounce and Bolton keeper Jack Bonham is forced to make an awkward jumping save to claw it away.

Definitely would have been one of the weirder goals you'd see this season!

  6. goal

GOAL: Cambridge 1-1 Colchesterpublished at 20:17 GMT 17 February

    Jack Payne (30 mins)

    Colchester level!

Neat play on the edge of the area tees up Kyreece Lisbie to drive in a low shot and it’s turned home by Jack Payne.

  7. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:15 GMT 17 February

    Cardiff 1-0 Wimbledon

Joel Colwill has the ball in the net again but this one's not going to happen - it looks very tight!

Joel Bagan has the ball on the edge of the area - the fans cry "shoot!" but he ignores them and instead slips it through for Colwill, who takes a touch and finishes coolly.

But the linesman's flag is up for offside. It's very close.

    Relief for Wimbledon.

  8. 'Colwill's strike is a beauty'published at 20:11 GMT 17 February

    Cardiff 1-0 Wimbledon

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

Cardiff are playing with the fluency you'd expect of the League One leaders and top scorers.

Picking up where they left off against Luton on Saturday, the Bluebirds' approach play has been attractive and they've created numerous chances already.

Joel Colwill's strike was a beauty, and it ensures the gap between Cardiff and second-place Lincoln remains at four points as things stand.

  9. goal

GOAL: Bromley 1-1 Cheltenhampublished at 20:10 GMT 17 February

    Isaac Hutchinson (25 mins)

Cheltenham had warmed into the game with George Miller forcing a good save out of Grant Smith for Bromley.

    But then Smith is beaten!

A move down the right sees a ball pulled back for the onrushing Isaac Hutchinson who slides home with his right boot.

  10. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 1-0 Wimbledonpublished at 20:08 GMT 17 February

    Joel Colwill (22 min)

    The league leaders are ahead!

And what a goal to take the lead.

Wimbledon made a strong start to the match but it's the Bluebirds who have been cranking up the pressure.

And they take the lead through a corner routine right from the training ground - Alex Robertson rolling it to Joel Colwill on the edge of the area, who whips it first time into the top corner at the near post.

    Sublime finish!

I think there is nothing more nervy then a 1 - 0 lead early. I believe Cambridge can add another but trying to get a lead and trying to defend one is two different things even in the form we are on. Not good for my heart rate.

    Andrew, Cambridge

You must be fairly used to Cambridge going 1-0 up with the form they are in Andrew!

  12. Postpublished at 20:08 GMT 17 February

    Reading 0-0 Bolton

We're also under way in the day's later games and there's almost a very earlier opener in Berkshire.

Johnny Kenny gets through one-on-one for Bolton but Reading keeper Joel Castro Pereira stands up tall and gets a strong hand to it to force a corner.

    Good start by Bolton.

  13. League Two latestpublished at 20:06 GMT 17 February

  14. Postpublished at 20:05 GMT 17 February

    Bradford 0-0 Stockport

Huge game at Edgeley Park this evening between the Bantams and the Hatters in the race for the League One play-off places.

The hosts create the first meaningful opening of the night as two of their attackers combine.

Antoni Sarcevic gets to the byline after he's played in by Ethan Wheatley and pulls it back for Bobby Pointon.

Stockport are bailed out by some great defending from Joseph Olowu before Ben Hinchliffe can collect.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:04 GMT 17 February

    Shrewsbury 0-0 Notts County

Notts almost with an early goal in Shropshire.

Matthew Dennis with a shot that’s blocked out for a corner.

The set piece is met by Lewis Macari‘s header and it’s superbly kept out by Matt Cox in the Salop goal.

Jayden Stockley has put bottom of the table Port Vale in front at Stevenage.

At the top end of the table, Lincoln have taken the lead against Northampton through Ryan One. The Imps have been the better side so far and deserve the lead.

  18. Postpublished at 19:59 GMT 17 February

    Cardiff 0-0 Wimbledon

    Close from the league leaders.

Joel Colwill's cutback is met by Perry Ng, but the full-back puts it just wide.

It's a lovely flowing move from the Bluebirds involving some quick one-touch football but the ball into Ng is quick and he just can't sort his feet out and it bounces off his leg and harmlessly behind.

    Almost a brilliant team goal.
