Time for Kettlewell to go - utter dross!

    David

Kettlewell’s time is up. A punt by the board has backfired and unless change is made now, Killie are sleepwalking towards relegation.

    Gary

Is it bad that I’d like Hearts to destroy Kilmarnock tonight just so it’ll force the board into action? The Kettlewell experiment has gone on long enough and has clearly failed.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:24 GMT 3 December 2025

    Dundee United 2-1 Rangers

Rangers go up the other end and a cross drops to the back post, where Jayden Meghome meets it but Dave Richards produces a phenomenal save.

He was an unknown just a few weeks ago. Tonight he's been a hero for United.

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Celtic Park

Numeorus times now since his introduction, Dundee substitute Ashley Hay has latched onto a ball in behind and caused problems.

Celtic would do well to take heed as he looks to have the run on Liam Scales in that area.

    This still isn't over.

  4. CLOSE!published at 21:23 GMT 3 December 2025

    Dundee United 2-1 Rangers

    Another huge chance for United.

A corner is headed away, and then headed back in. Luca Stephensen was lining up the bicycle kick, but team-mate Iurie Iovu steals in to head just past the post.

    Dundee United 2-1 Rangers

Emmanuel Fernandez appears to have handled the ball in the penalty area.

A long throw-in drops towards the Rangers defender and it hits his forearm, which is down by his hip.

The replays look terrible for him, but the officials are taking no action as both sides make substitutions.

    Falkirk 0-0 Motherwell

Football continues to be played at the Falkirk Stadium, despite the lack of updates.

Motherwell are having the best of it going into the closing stages, Elijah Just making a big difference, although the visitors' loose passing is still giving Falkirk hope.

It does have a feel of a draw about it, though.

Jon McCracken is caught outside his box by Daizen Maeda and the Dundee keeper handles the ball after he is knocked off it.

  8. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 2-1 St Mirrenpublished at 21:17 GMT 3 December 2025

    Marko Lazetic

It's an absolute shocker from St Mirren goalkeeper Shamal George, but Aberdeen won't care in the slightest.

A long-range shot is straight at George, but he can't collect cleanly and Marko Lazetic follows in to poke the Dons in front.

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:17 GMT 3 December 2025

    Hearts 1-0 Kilmarnock

That's how quickly the complexion of this night could change.

Marcus Dackers leaps to meet a cross and heads off the crossbar for Kilmarnock.

  10. Postpublished at 21:16 GMT 3 December 2025

    Celtic 1-0 Dundee

It's a lovely ball over the top from Dundee into the path of Ashley Hay who's thundering into the Celtic box, but there's just too much on it and he can't bring it down.

A wee reminder the visitors are still in this.

  11. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 1-1 St Mirrenpublished at 21:15 GMT 3 December 2025

    Dante Polvara

Aberdeen finally find a way through.

The ball pings around the St Mirren six-yard box from a corner and Dante Polvara smashes it home on his left foot.

Momentum is with the Dons now.

    Hearts 1-0 Kilmarnock

Lawrence Shankland eyes a second but drags wide of the far post from about 20 yards.

    Not far away, that.

  13. Postpublished at 21:15 GMT 3 December 2025

    Dundee United 2-1 Rangers

David Dickinson has made a big decision.

Djeidi Gassama goes down in the box under pressure and the referee gives... a free-kick for the home side. And he books the winger for good measure.

    Big call.

  14. Postpublished at 21:12 GMT 3 December 2025

    Celtic 1-0 Dundee

Is Martin O'Neill relaxed and enjoying his last experience in the Celtic dugout?

Not a bit of it. He's as tense and focused as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

Same as ever, in other words.

Motherwell been the much better side in this second half so far but seem afraid to have a pop on goal. Better match so far however.

    Mark

If it stays like this it is two wins in 15 league games and one point from the past 24 for Stuart Kettlewell and Kilmarnock. Indefensible.

    Adam

As long as Thelin is our manager, Aberdeen will not be successful. He’s been given sufficient time only to come up with excuses of his failures.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:10 GMT 3 December 2025

    Celtic 1-0 Dundee

Brilliant work from Dundee keeper Jon McCracken, who gets down low to his left to prevent Celtic from doubling their lead.

It's after some lovely passing from the home side around the edge of the area, which culminates in Reo Hatate dropping his shoulder to get a shot away.

    Good goalkeeping.

  17. goal

GOAL Dundee United 2-1 Rangerspublished at 21:08 GMT 3 December 2025

    Amar Fatah

    What a goal that is!

Rangers had just cleared Kristian Keresztes' header off the line, but when the ball came back to Amar Fatah outside the box, they couldn't get near him.

He shrugs off one, two, three defenders and drills into the corner.

    Dundee United 1-1 Rangers

United go close and it's the man who's just on - Max Watters.

Ivan Dolcek, another sub, crosses from the right and Amar Fatah somehow keeps it in play. He knocks it back to Watters, but his stab at goal is blocked.

There's another goal in this, for sure.

  19. What a miss!published at 21:07 GMT 3 December 2025

    Aberdeen 0-1 St Mirren

Aberdeen look like they could play all night and not score.

Jesper Karlsson - just on as a sub - has a goalbound shot blocked before Adil Aouchiche spoons the rebound over the bar with the goal at his mercy.

  20. Postpublished at 21:07 GMT 3 December 2025

    Celtic 1-0 Dundee

    Changes for both sides.

Yang Hyun-Jun is replaced by Sebastian Tounekti for the home side.

And it's a triple swap for Dundee as Billy Koumetio, Ashley Hay and Callum Jones come on for Simon Murray, Cameron Congreve and Yan Dhanda.
