    Birmingham hit the woodwork twice in as many minutes!

    First, Ibrahim Osman cuts inside and smashes a deflected effort against the post - beating Blades keeper Adam Davies all ends up.

    Moments later, Marvin Ducksch loops a terrific effort over Davies but it crashes off the crossbar.

    So, so unlucky for Blues.

    Ousmane Diakite first tests Hull keeper Ivor Pandur from close-range before Pandur is equal to Danny Imray's low strike from outside the box.

    Then moments later, Josh Maja is guilty of heading wide a guilt-edge chance after meeting an excellent Jed Wallace cross.

    They've had the best chance of the game so far as Daniel Jebbison gets on the end of a ball forward from Ben Whiteman in the Preston midfield.

    He lobs Norwich goalkeeper Vladan Kovacevic but it goes just wide of the post.
