I have never been more overjoyed with a draw. The effort in that game was outstanding from minute one and it means we haven't lost again. Boro will never beat us and that draw is massive.

Charlton right in the scrum for mid table. That is such a lovely place to be after all that League One grind. Championship - win some, lose some, draw some, that'll do for me. All the young'uns - Prem no thanks, been there done that nothing of value.

Boro's inability lately to finish games when we're dominating is looking like it's going to cost us right at the very end.

Middlesbrough FC - more like Bottlejobs FC, not good enough once again. Half the squad wouldn’t play in the Prem and are sabotaging the clubs chances to go up.

  5. 'Coventry beaten by a strong team'published at 14:29 GMT 14 March

    FT: Coventry 1-2 Southampton

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

They've been beaten by a really good side today.

Southampton have taken a while to get going but this new manager has really got them going.

Coventry will be disappointed with the goals they conceded. They almost get the opportunity at the death and we think can something fall for us in injury time.

It's unfortunate, but it's all about how they react to it now, can they reset and refocus for the Swansea game next week?

  6. 'Absolutely gutted'published at 14:26 GMT 14 March

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Radio Tees

It's just gut-wrenching, you're so close to getting that win and all of a sudden from nowhere it's 1-1.

    Gutted - absolutely gutted.

    And that is that.

    Two silly fouls.

    Two penalty kicks.

    Two goals - one apiece.

Both teams' mini winning runs are over as Charlton rescue a point in added time.

Cameron Brannagan gave the U's the lead in the second half from the spot before Charlie Kelman equalised in the third minute of added time, also with a penalty, for the visitors to claim a late, late draw on the road.

Full-time and Southampton cling on to a massive three points but boy did they have to work hard for it late on!

A fantastic three points - probably their best of the season - and you can see how much it means to their manager Tonda Eckert as the full-time whistle is blown.

They led three minutes into the second half when Flynn Downes was quickest to react to a wonderful finger-tip save by Carl Rushworth to turn home the rebound.

Kuryu Matsuki looked to make the points safe before Victor Torp fired home a penalty two minutes into stoppage-time.

Coventry banged on the door late on but Saints managed to see out the three points in the frenetic final moments.

The visiting fans react by punching the air in celebration. Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis is pumped up and absolutely loving it!

It's all over at the Riverside and Bristol City snatch a late point. Middlesbrough are unable to hold on to their lead and suffer the consequences.

Boro dominated the game and took the lead through Leo Castledine but Adam Randell's stunning header earns the Robins a point.

Kim Hellberg's side had the chances but failing to take them has cost them and this will feel like a defeat.

It's now four games without a win for Boro at home who will see this chance missed to close a significant gap on leaders Coventry.

  11. CLOSE!published at 14:25 GMT 14 March

Unbelievable - how have Coventry not equalised?!

Brandon Thomas-Asante hits a strike inside the box but it goes straight at Daniel Peretz who catches following an almighty pin-ball in the Saints penalty area.

We are into the eighth minute of stoppage time.

  13. CLOSE!published at 14:23 GMT 14 March

It's carnage in the penalty box now but Southampton manage to clear - just.

Ephron Mason Clark digs in a cross from the right but Luke Woolfenden mistimes his header

Moments later, Daniel Peretz gets down low to make a smart stop from Brandon Thomas-Asante's deflected strike.

All hands to the deck for Southampton.

Fantastic penalty, I can see why he took it.

Peretz guessed right but he's still a million miles away from it.

Coventry have a lifeline, it would be some comeback if we manage it.

  19. INJURY TIMEpublished at 14:18 GMT 14 March

Will we have any late drama?

  20. PENALTY TO CHARLTONpublished at 14:18 GMT 14 March

    Oxford 1-0 Charlton

    Another penalty!

Right on 90 minutes and what is Ciaron Brown thinking? A lofted ball goes towards Jamie Cumming and Ciaron Brown pulls the shirt of Lloyd Jones and drags the Addicks defender to the floor.

Huge opportunity to Charlton now as we enter five minutes of added time.
