    Mathys Tel

This wasn't in Antoine Semenyo's farewell script!

Spurs take the lead inside five minutes after Xavi Simons's backheel finds Mathys Tel who is out wide and has loads to do.

The Spurs man finds his way into the box before firing low from an angle past Djordje Petrovic.

Should the Bournemouth keeper have done better with that?

    Manchester United

Manchester United interim boss Darren Fletcher, speaking to Sky Sports: "I'm relaxed, I'm really looking forward to it. I trust the players. We've done the work, we've prepped the game fantastically."

On players returning: "It's important Bruno's [Fernandes] back, that was always part of the plan. This game was targeted for a couple of players coming back from injury, so we've got a stronger bench tonight as well. Looking forward to seeing the lads play.

"We've set them up in a way that's best suited to win the match, that suits their personality, suits their style and it's up to them to go on the pitch and execute it. They've got to take that responsibly to do it at this time and I trust them to do it."

A Semenyo hat trick on his final game for Bournemouth would be great. I wish him all the best at Manchester City, he deserves the move to a big club.

Listening to Rosenior is a breath of fresh air. I don’t quite think he’s going to dominate with Chelsea, let alone see out his 6 year contract. I hope he does well though as his character and how he conducts himself seems exquisite. Good luck Liam Rosenior!

  20. Fletcher means businesspublished at 19:23 GMT 7 January

Burnley v Manchester United (20:15 GMT)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport Manchester United reporter

I get the impression Darren Fletcher is looking forward to this tonight.

A relaxed individual by nature, he strode into Turf Moor as though his managerial experience extended for longer than half a season with Manchester United's Under-18 team.

Travis Binnion, United's Under-21 coach, had a laugh and a joke as well.

United's hierarchy are certainly getting behind their new guy. I suspect a month ago, they weren't expecting the current situation to unfold the way it has.
