    Ian Mitchelmore
BBC Sport Wales at the Stok Cae Ras

So much better from Bristol City in the last 10 minutes or so.

They thought they had equalised when Ross McCrorie tapped into the net, but Emil Riis was penalised for a foul on goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo.

Gerhard Struber will be far more pleased now than he would have been earlier in the half, but it's Wrexham who still lead.

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Andri Gudjohnsen really should have scored there.

It's crossed from the right with the in-form Rovers forward rushing on to it but he fluffs it wide as he loses balance under the challenge of Amadou Mbengue.

Sydie Peck slots in the penalty, just evading the fingertips of Nicolas Schmid, to put Sheffield United ahead.

  9. Postpublished at 20:26 GMT 26 November 2025

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Ilias Chair's corner is headed away by Rovers defender Sean McLoughlin and as the ball comes back to the QPR set-piece taker, his shot from the edge of the box is sent high and wide.

QPR have had the better chances so far but need to be more clinical in front of goal.

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Portsmouth

Terry Devlin is shown the red cardImage source, PA Media

Terry Devlin is given a straight red card for Pompey for handling on the line and it'll be a penalty to Sheffield United.

Femi Seriki launched a bullet header on target from a corner and Devlin tipped it over the bar using his arm. Nightmare for Portmsouth, great chance for the Blades to open the scoring...

    West Brom 1-0 Birmingham

Alex Cochrane sends in a dangerous free kick for Birmingham.

It's allowed to travel to the far post and is begging for a touch to level things up - it continues on its journey and behind it goes for a goal kick.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:23 GMT 26 November 2025

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Blackburn's Ryan Hedges goes into the book for a challenge on Amadou Mbengue, who was limping in the aftermath but looks fine to continue for QPR.

  13. Postpublished at 20:22 GMT 26 November 2025

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Blackburn are yet to register a shot, nevermind a shot on target and a Ryan Hedges corner goes to waste. Rovers managed to keep possession for a period but are still yet to trouble QPR's substitute keeper Paul Nardi.

    West Brom 1-0 Birmingham

    Darren Carter
Ex-Birmingham midfielder on BBC Radio WM

I said the first goal was going to be huge, if Albion got it you'd expect this reaction, the crowd getting into it.

I still back this Blues team to get back into it, but this Albion team is brimming with confidence, this place is bouncing and it's up to Blues to turn it around.

A light push in the back from Rovers defender Lewis Miller on Koki Saito leads to the end of a QPR attack, it would have been harsh but you've seen penalties given for similar.

  19. 'He's done so well there'published at 20:14 GMT 26 November 2025

    West Brom 1-0 Birmingham

    Tony Brown
West Brom's all-time record scorer on BBC Radio WM

He's done so well there Mowatt, he kept his body over the ball, he kept it down, it's got a deflection to take it away from the keeper.

It's nice to see Alex Mowatt score, he's got a great left peg, a great strike on him, he should score more goals but he's got one there.

  20. 'End-to-end'published at 20:13 GMT 26 November 2025

    Wrexham 1-0 Bristol City

    Ian Mitchelmore
BBC Sport Wales at the Stok Cae Ras

    How is this still 1-0?

Anis Mehmeti goes through on goal but blazes well over, and less than a minute later, George Dobson finds himself one-on-one with Radek Vitek, but he drags his shot wide.

End-to-end stuff now after a quiet start.
