PSG are knocking the ball around beautifully. They're using every inch of the pitch with Vitinha making this team tick.

They're giving Chelsea the runaround at the moment.

Don’t think City can complain too much about that one. Clearly sticks his arm out, Bernardo Silva with all his experience should know better

It has been a pretty good start from Arsenal. Now their set pieces have come in, it's been a far more dominant start from Arsenal compared to the away leg. They're putting Leverkusen under a lot of pressure. If they keep doing it, keep applying the pressure, winning the corners and getting behind them, you fancy that something is going to drop for them.

Manchester City might be down to 10 but they're still creating chances, seven so far, including four on target.

Meanwhile, Vinícius Jr has just wasted another glorious opportunity.

He should be celebrating a hat-trick - and we've not even hit 30 minutes.

Arsenal 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen (1-1 agg)

If Arsenal win this one, they will face Sporting in the quarter-finals after the Portuguese side fought back from 3-0 down after the first leg in Norway to beat Bodo/Glimt 5-0 in Lisbon to advance 5-3 on aggregate.

Sporting will hold no fears for Arsenal, with the Gunners unbeaten in all seven of their matches.

Their last meeting came in the Champions League in the league phase last season, with the Gunners winning 5-1 in Portugal thanks to goals from Gabriel Martinelli, Kai Havertz, Gabriel, Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard.

The smallest hopes of a magical comeback have been crushed early doors by PSG.

I don't think you get away with that even in the Premier League.

Bernardo Silva is claiming his arms were behind his back and he was probably holding them together but he definitely stuck his elbow out to stop the ball going in.

    It's 100% a red card.

This is being played at lightning pace - and one or two are starting to lose their tempers after that goal.

Pep Guardiola is booked for putting his arms on the fourth official.

Meanwhile, Thibaut Courtois has produced a wonderful save to deny Erling Haaland before, at the other end, Vinícius Jr wastes a glorious chance to make it 2-0.

Chelsea's 7-1 aggregate defeat to Bayern Munich is their biggest loss in a two-legged European tie.

They are just one goal away from matching that same margin while 7-2 down on aggregate and have over 70 minutes to play.

The Arsenal set pieces are again causing massive problems, and this time Declan Rice's effort is punched away by Janis Blaswich. Arsenal come again with a header from Bukayo Saka straight at Blaswich.

It looks a matter of time before the hosts take the lead.

The ball is going inside the goal, therefore it's a handball and red card - that is not an accidental handball. If it was an accidental handball it would be a yellow, but this was not accidental.

There we have it - Sporting are the first team through to the 2025–26 Champions League quarter-finals.

And what a way to do it! They came into this game needing a miracle after losing 3-0 at Bodo/Glimt. But they did not panic and slowly chipped away at the deficit.

1-0 at HT. 3-0 at the end of 90. And then came the extra-time goal from Maxi Araujo to put them ahead for the first time in the tie.

It is a heart-breaking end to Bodo's fairytale voyage in Europe. But Sporting march on and will now wait to know their quarter-final opponents.

Tonight's start has been relatively similar to how it was last week. Leverkusen started with a bit more edge at home as you'd expect with the home crowd behind them. It hasn't been too different to be honest. Leverkusen are just showing they're a team that can move it about and create chances.

Many of the chances are dropping for Gabriel and this is another one following another excellent corner from Bukayo Saka on the right. Gabriel gets his head just before goalkeeper Janis Blaswich can get there and if it's on target, it's a goal, but just over the top.
