Searle yet again punishes the German and breaks his throw - the Englishman's fourth already.

Ryan Searle won the last two legs in set two in 12 and 11-dart finishes. He has very much hit the front.

Schindler, the higher ranked player at 13, has the darts first in set three and really needs a response.

Looking out at the audience, there seems to be a lot of lads dressed as Disney princesses today. Good for them.

Ryan Searle follows that big finish with a 180, but can't kick on for the first nine-darter of the tournament.

However Schindler is stuck well back as the 20th seed cleans up an 85 finish to take full control of this match.

His highest finish of the tournament, and the first real moment of quality today.

Ryan Searle has lost every previous appearance in round three, all by 4-3 scorelines. This one could go long.

But Searle will get chances today, as Schindler again misses three at doubles. It allows the Englishman to nail tops and break back.

Ryan Searle has the darts first in the second leg; hold them throughout and he'll go 2-0 up.

But he goes wide of D16 when aiming to finish at 103, and Schindler punishes him by nailing tops.

An immediate improvement on doubles for the German.

Schindler leaves the Big Fish, however can't reel it in; and he then misses three more at doubles!

Searle sees it off. That's a wounder for Schindler.
