    Luke Littler levels it up.

Easy as you like for the world champion.

He misses darts for an 11 and then 12-darter but is back to hit double 10 for 13.

Luke Littler didn't win a night until week nine in his first Premier League season and he still topped the table. It's not quite panic stations yet.

    Top stuff from Josh Rock.

    A 12-darter to hold throw. Back-to-back 177s before taking out 102.

That should give him some confidence.

Luke Littler has never struggled to get out of the gate in the Premier League before. This is a new development for him.

He just needs to get up for it more and put a lot more into the games. It feels like he is lacking desire as much as anything.

When you've won as much as he has in the past two years it is hard to keep turning up.

Josh Rock has lost all of his games 6-2 - they are hidings. The results just haven't happened and he hasn't looked likely at all.

The nine-darter masked what was another poor performance.

He needs something to happen and quick.

Luke Littler talking to Sky Sports: "I've felt great every week but it just hasn't happened. Winning the first European Tour in Poland meant a lot to me and I thought I could take it in Belfast but it didn't go to plan. I feel great again.

"This is darts. You're going to win and loss. I have been telling myself to just get the first game out of the way tonight."

Josh Rock talking to Sky Sports: "I just want to get the ground off and running. I don't think I'm playing too bad or too well.

"It doesn't really matter who I'm playing, we're the best eight players in the world. Hopefully I'll play my game and Luke will play his too."

I expect Luke Littler to get off the mark tonight. He's just too good. He's not going to go 16 weeks without winning, is he? No, come on!

Well, I don't think anyone saw this coming... night five of the Premier League and we've got a basement battle contest involving Luke Littler.

The world champion takes on Northern Ireland's Josh Rock tonight having won just one match over the first four weeks.

A walkover courtesy of Michael van Gerwen's withdrawal through illness gave him a bonus two points but Littler is still seventh in the table.

Victory in the Poland Open at the end of February shows Littler is not completely out of sorts - but now he'll feel it is time to step up in the Premier League.

The same goes for Rock in his debut season in the competition.

The 24-year-old is one of the most exciting talents in darts and hit a brilliant nine-darter in front of his home crowd in Belfast last week.

However, he still lost that match to Gian van Veen and is still searching for his first Premier League win.

Getting it against his good mate Littler might make it that bit more special.

That was hard work for Gerwyn Price, and at times a hard watch.

The home crowd do not care though. Their dream of an all-Welsh final is still alive.

Will it be Luke Littler or Josh Rock up next for 'The Iceman'?

  11. Price takes edgy last-leg decider to winpublished at 20:43 GMT 5 March
    Breaking

    Price 6-5 Bunting

    Gerwyn Price has done it!

It was tight and edgy as the Welshman left himself on a bogey number and Stephen Bunting posted a ton to leave a 80 finish.

But the boos that echoed around Utilita Arena seemed to really distract the Englishman who wildly missed a match dart at tops.

And The Iceman stepped up to nail one in at tops for the win! They don't call him that for no reason you know...

  12. Bunting forces a deciderpublished at 20:38 GMT 5 March

    Price 5-5 Bunting

Stephen Bunting has nerves of absolute steel.

He goes for the bull-bull to leave double 16, but he uncharacteristically misses the finish!

He manages to reset though, with Gerwyn Price unable to force any real scoreboard pressure, and finds double four to take this contest into a decider after conceding back-to-back legs.

It might not seem like it but Gerwyn Price has won four of the past five legs. It has just all been a bit messy and felt a bit precarious.

Gerwyn Price pulls in front with a 76 finish!

The Welshman lets out a gigantic roar as he fires in at double 20 with the last dart. He has now taken four of the past five legs.

Stephen Bunting looks in slight disbelief. What a confusing game of darts!

  17. Price draws levelpublished at 20:35 GMT 5 March

    Price 4-4 Bunting

Gerwyn Price takes the leg, however he can't help but shake his head!

His puffed out cheeks show he knows he's making real hard work of this quarter-final encounter.

He fails to take a final-dart treble with Stephen Bunting putting the pressure on by leaving himself double 18.

However the Englishman misses three darts at the double and the Welshman wastes no time in capitalising with double 10 to finish!

    Price 3-4 Bunting

This match is starting to feel a bit edgy...

Stephen Bunting kicks on with a stunning 180 and then finds two trebles to leave a 56 finish for his next visit.

He fails to checkout at the first time of asking, but he ignores the Welsh boos to find double 10 for an all-important break.

Gerwyn Price takes back-to-back legs to level the match at three legs apiece!

The Welshman falters slightly on a 90 finish, searching for double five but ultimately going too high. It's OK though because Stephen Bunting doesn't fancy checking out in any hurry.

Price sees two more looks at double five go amiss, but lets out a roar after finding the target on his final dart.
