  1. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:23 BST 10 May

    Waite b Parkinson 4 (Worcs 308 & 90-7 v Durham 268)

Four wickets now for Callum Parkinson as the Worcestershire collapse continues...

The left-arm spinner has figures of 4-9 after Matthew Waite fails to pick the line and the ball fizzes through to hit middle and leg stump.

Tom Taylor is the next man in for the floundering Pears, who lead by 130.

  2. 50 runs

50 for Zen Malik & 100 partnership with Hainpublished at 15:17 BST 10 May

    Warwickshire 147 & 499-5 v Yorkshire 152

Zen Malik makes it to 50 and the Bears batters are really enjoying themselves.

That's four half-centuries and a century from seven batters.

    The lead is 494.

  3. 50 up for Glamorganpublished at 15:14 BST 10 May

    Glamorgan 50-0 (target 283)

The best possible start for the hosts through 14 overs, Zain ul Hassan (23*) and Asa Tribe (19*) keeping Somerset at bay.

  4. Division Two updatepublished at 15:09 BST 10 May

    #bbccricket

A big few breakthroughs for Derbyshire, who have Northants on the ropes at 223-9, finally getting Calvin Harrison out for 107.

The hosts have a lead of 381 in Derby.

A 70-run stand between opener Cameron Bancroft and Miles Hammond comes to an end, the latter dismissed for 33 to leave Gloucestershire 112-3 and a lead of 110 over Kent.

  5. Has Ollie Pope ever batted at 10 before?published at 15:08 BST 10 May

    Surrey 378-7 v Notts 415, trail by 37

    Grace Ballinger
The Blaze and Manchester Super Giants seamer

Ollie Stone makes the breakthrough as he bowls Sean Abbott top of off - a fast bowler's delight.

Ollie Pope comes out to bat at ten - yes ten!

It's a good sign though, we thought he might have a serious injury and would sit the rest of the game out after he didn't come into bat earlier in the innings.

Pope is welcomed to the crease by a rapid Stone bouncer first up.

  6. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:04 BST 10 May

    Abbott b Stone 7 (Notts 415 v Surrey 377-7)

A snorter from Olly Stone sends Sean Abbott on his way!

The ball stays low and uproots off stump in eye-catching fashion - if you're a bowler, anyway.

Surrey are seven down, technically - and now Ollie Pope is making his way to the middle as their number 10!

  7. wicket

HANTS 214 ALL OUTpublished at 15:03 BST 10 May

Yusuf c Harmer b Mulder 0 (Hants lead by 176 runs)

Great catch by Simon Harmer at second slip sticking out a paw low to his left knee and it sticks to dismiss Codi Yusuf.

Not sure about the wisdom of Ben Brown taking a single off the second ball to expose Yusuf to the strike.

Surely he should have farmed it better to try and nudge up to a 200 lead.

The eight wickets to fall today have gone for 119 and the last five for 64 runs which is either a positive for Hants bowlers or a negative in that Essex need just 177 to win.

  8. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:02 BST 10 May

    Brookes c Aldridge b Parkinson 2 (Worcs 308 & 80-6 v Durham 268)

Well, they didn't get Gareth Roderick but Ethan Brookes is on his way now.

Callum Parkinson finds the edge and Kasey Aldridge gobbles up the catch to leave Worcestershire six down.

Matthew Waite is next in to try and stem this tide of wickets.

  9. Harmer takes two in three ballspublished at 15:01 BST 10 May

    Hants 235 ao & 213-9 v Essex 272, Hants lead by 175

With Hampshire now nine down, Essex will be desperate to keep Hampshire's lead under 200.

I thought we might see captain Ben Brown farming the strike (57 not out), however he takes a single off the second ball of Wiaan Mulder's 12th over, and is happy to give the strike to Codi Yusuf.

  10. dropped catch

Dropped catch for Durhampublished at 15:00 BST 10 May

    Worcs 308 & 72-5 v Durham 268

Five down is good for Durham, but it should be six at this stage.

Gareth Roderick edges Luke Robinson to slip and Ben McKinney, moving low to his right, puts down the chance.

Roderick rubs salt into the bowler's wound by sending his next delivery to the boundary - and he's the kind of player who could easily turn the momentum back in Worcestershire's favour again.

  11. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:57 BST 10 May

Abbott lbw b Harmer 0 (Hants 213-9, lead by 175 runs)

Two in the over for Simon Harmer as Hants' lower order crumbles.

The off spinner has had a few turned down but with Abbott standing deep in his crease trying to nudge to leg there is not much doubt about that one.

The lead is 175, still, and it could be that Ben Brown has a little thrash to try and get Hants to 200 in front.

Codi Yusuf is his latest, and last partner.

  12. get involved

Get Involvedpublished at 14:55 BST 10 May

Pretty fair to say Lancashire's promotion push has well & truly stalled losing in 2.5 days at Old Trafford. Need to beat Worcs next week to get back in track.

  13. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:55 BST 10 May

    Currie c Elgar b Harmer 2 (Hants 213-9, lead by 175 runs)

Attempted sweep from the big man and a top edge loops to backward square leg.

  14. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:54 BST 10 May

    D'Oliveira c & b Parkinson 8 (Worcs 308 & 72-5 v Durham 268)

Durham's bowlers have been ruthless this afternoon!

The Pears were 53 without loss and they've now lost five wickets for 19 as Callum Parkinson picks up his second, albeit with a bit of juggling before he hangs on to that return catch from Brett D'Oliveira.

The lead is just 112 and Ethan Brookes is next in for Worcestershire.

  15. Postpublished at 14:54 BST 10 May

    Glamorgan 34-0 v Somerset (target 283)

With 34 runs on the board in their first innings Glamorgan had already lost openers Zain ul Hassan and Asa Tribe, but the pair get there today off eight overs.

A solid start, but a long way to go.

  16. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:53 BST 10 May

    R Patel c Crocombe b Clark 56 (Sussex 430 v Leics 328 & 103-4)

Ooh dear. If you live by the sword etc.

Rishi Patel has been nice and positive and is looks to drive Tom Clark through cover but slices his effort reaching for it.

The ball flies to point where Henry Crocombe takes the catch.

Bit of a blow for Leics who are leading by just a single run.

  17. Postpublished at 14:46 BST 10 May

    Essex 273 v Hants 235 & 206-7

Essex are in danger of overstepping the mark with their reactions to appeals.

Simon Harmer is still moaning and snatching angrily at the ball three balls after his appeal for lbw again Ben Brown gets a shake of the head.

  18. Atkinson retired with suspected concussionpublished at 14:45 BST 10 May

Surrey 357-6 vs Notts 415, trail by 58

    Gus AtkinsonImage source, Shutterstock

Gus Atkinson comes off the field 27 not out after being struck on the head by two sharp Josh Tongue bouncers about 45 minutes ago.

The umpires seemingly spot something amiss with the Surrey player, who had continued batting after the incidents. They call on the Surrey physio, who brings Atkinson off the pitch.

A vigilant call by the umpires, and hopefully Gus Atkinson is okay.

He could still return and bat again all being well.

  19. Division 2 updatepublished at 14:42 BST 10 May

    #bbccricket

Openers Dan Lategan and Jake Libby had already fallen for Worcestershire, and they have just lost Kashif Ali and Adam Hose in quick succession against Durham.

The hosts' lead is 100 at New Road.

Calvin Harrison's ton has given Northants some hope against Derbyshire, and Lewis McManus has chipped in with 42 not out, too.

Gloucestershire's lead over Kent is also approaching a century, the hosts are 95-2 at present in Bristol, with the visitors having held a slender first innings advantage of two runs.

  20. 100 runs

100 for Sam Hainpublished at 14:42 BST 10 May

    Warwickshire 147 & 452-5 v Yorkshire 152

Sam Hain backs up his 57 in the first innings with a century in the second.

It has come from 252 balls with 11 fours.

Hain is in fine form with 371 runs for the season at an average of 48.
