He's tried to hammer that into the leg side, hasn't he? He's lost all his shape, a thick edge, and scooped to short third. A simple catch.

He's tucked it into the on-side, a leading edge, and Theekshana is on a hat-trick.

Delany has come and gone in the blink of an eye.

You do feel like it's the pressure that's been built on the middle to lower order from the partnership between Tector and Tucker. Boundaries were really hard to come by and with the run rate being so high, they have to find a boundary right away.

Calitz came charging down the wicket and missed it completely. Ireland are on something of a slide. They've lost 3-15 in no time. That is a big, big blow.

We knew that was the way he was going to play but he came charging at the ball. The easiest of stumpings.

One of Campher and Calitz has to be the aggressor but you can't afford to lose both of them in quick succession.

It's got to be Ben Calitz to come and get the ball rolling. Tector has to be smarter, they've just lost a wicket, one of the better bowlers has come on, and he's hit it straight down mid-wicket's throat.

Out towards deep mid-wicket and taken! First Tucker, now Tector. The crowd erupts in jubilation.

It will be interesting to see who they bring in now.

What a shot! Campher steps across his stumps and lamps the ball to the fine-leg boundary. Such an inventive shot, stepping outside his off-stump and sweeping aerially. A boundary to finish the over. They're keeping it close to the 10 runs required an over mark.

  13. Ire 113-3published at 15 overs

Curtis Campher comes in a hits a four to keep the scoreboard ticking.

The fielder settles underneath it and takes the catch.

This promising partnership, stabilising partnership, comes to an end.

    59 needed from 34 balls.

Possibly a blessing in disguise for Ireland?

You can understand what Tucker was trying to do. Tucker was trying to get things going, looking for a boundary. If he'd got more on it, it would have gone over the fielder's head.

    Tucker c Mishara b Wellalage 21 (Ire 105-3)

Lorcan Tucker skies it and it falls short with Kamal Mishara the grateful catcher.

A big breakthrough for Sri Lanka to dismiss the dangerous Tucker.

Ireland's head coach Heinrich Malan was out there. He was talking to Tucker.

Ireland need to make a decision on the game plan. Does Tector acknowledge that he's coming to the end of his limit physically and be more aggressive and take the risk of getting out?

Or does he keep doing what he's doing, make sure he's on 50 or 60 not out and let others come in and score the boundary an over that's needed? If so, Tucker needs to take the aggressive role.

They're batting the same way and that can't continue.

A direct hit and Tucker was gone. That's another two Tector has scored. He's working very hard for his runs.

Brilliant from Tucker. He's going to the danger end. He had to get his skates on.

Tector is struggling. It looks like he's going to get treatment at the end of this over.
