That’s Hannon-Dalby's seventh wicket of the match on his comeback after his loan spell at Worcestershire.
He and Bamber have got 13 of the 19 wickets to fall between them which is really good return from the opening pair.
It angled in very full and the ball went underneath the bat.
Kent 327 & 64-2 (Target: 261) v Glocs 325 & 262
The visitors' chase will be paused for a while at Bristol with the umpires taking the players off for bad light.
There is a bit of rain around as well so the ground staff are busy covering the wicket as well.

He has rearranged the furniture behind him. Leg stump poleaxed and Yorkshire are virtually gone as well with only Jack White to come.
Ben Cliff has been bowled by the excellent Hannon-Dalby
Leics 223-9, lead by 121 runs
Ben Cox is not protecting Tom Helm any more and they are trying to make hay with the old ball.
Helm helps himself to a cow-corner swipe for four against Jack Carson while Cox reverse sweeps and a mis-timed drive over wide midwicket.
James Coles now gets a bit of bruising as Helm batters another for four, again towards the midwicket rope.
New ball is due in an over.
Cliff b Hannon-Dalby 8 (Warks v Yorks 149-9 - target 549)
Warwickshire are almost there...
Ben Cliff is gone - and Yorkshire have fallen off one, so to speak. OHD spears one in under the bat to send leg stump flying.
Last man Jack White is not, it's fair to say, renowned for his batting. He's at the non-striker's end initially.

There’s no sense in putting the bat back in the locker, you need to use it. Just try not to do anything outrageous.
Glam 174-5 - target 283 v Somerset
What a big half hour at Cardiff before lunch.
Runs have been extremely hard to come by for the past 40 minutes but Sean Dickson, 22, and Ryan Hadley, 13, are trying to guts it out.
Lewis Gregory and Craig Overton return as Somerset seek a breakthrough.
109 to win.

Dom Bess is becoming an obstacle.
It’s not a counterattack but if the ball is there in the slot to be hit he's putting it away now.
Beau Webster has not made the start to his spell he would have liked.
Half-an-hour to go until lunch, Warwickshire will want it done by then.
Zaib c Guest b Chappell 1 (Derbys 604-7d v Northants 228 & 122-5)
One brings two as Saif Zaib drives flat-footedly outside off and nicks behind.
Poor stroke.
Leics 204-9 (lead by 102 runs)
A bit of late resistance from the Foxes last pair with 10 added by Ben Cox and Tom Helm. Still, it very much feels as though the Sussex run chase (sprint) will be under way soon.
The new ball will be available in four overs time if the spinners can't chip out this last wicket.
Harrison c Madsen b Bashir 37 (Derbys 604-7d v Northants 228 & 121-4)
Breakthrough for Derbyshire!
And it’s Shoaib Bashir who strikes.
Calvin Harrison props forward to defend a full ball a long way outside off.
It slides on and takes a healthy edge to slip.
Warks v Yorks 140-8 (target 549)
A bit of frustration for Olly Hannon-Dalby as Dom Bess carts him for successive fours - the first of them an inside edge onto his boot that somehow flew over the slips.
The second is a more orthodox off-side drive and Bess has 14, with Ben Cliff on five. Warwickshire will have to be patient...
Kent 56-2 Target: 261
And now Tawanda Muyeye has done the same to Gabe Bell hitting the Glocs seamer for three fours in the over.
Clipped off his legs, straight and then dabbed through point.
He looks very much in the mood and the groove.
Kent 43-2 Target: 261
Tawanda Muyeye picks off alternate balls from Matt Taylor crunching three boundaries in the over to move to 16.
Mid off, cover and then a ferocious pull through midwicket were his target areas.
Notts 415 & 169-2 v Surrey 449
That's infuriating for Reece Topley, who's concentrated on bowling short to Joe Clarke to tempt him into the hook.
Clarke goes for it - but Dom Sibley, coming in from deep square leg, can't hang onto the chance.
Surrey have got to take these if they're to work their way through this Nottinghamshire batting line-up with any kind of rapidity.
Notts 415 & 164-2 v Surrey 449
The Trent Bridge floodlights are on and at the moment, this has the feel of the middle overs in a 50-game, with Ben Duckett and Joe Clarke milking the seamers at a steady rate.
So Surrey have brought Dan Lawrence into the attack, to see whether his off-breaks can cause some problems for the batters.
Lawrence's first over of the morning yields a single. Duckett has 65, with Clarke on 21 and Nottinghamshire lead by 130.
A Patel lbw b Carson 8 (Leics 194-9, lead by 92 runs)
Very straight and very out.
Ajaz Patel doesn't think so, hanging around just a couple of extra seconds in the crease to make his feelings known, but he may do when he watches the replays.
Jack Carson has fired that down and it was probably hitting leg stump full on and possibly a bit of middle.
Sussex 430 v Leics 328 & 121-8

Glam 163-5 - target 283 v Somerset
A great first hour for Glamorgan.
But the pressure just starting to build.
Five overs for just one run from Jake Ball and Migael Pretorius.
120 more needed.
