    Jordan Cox comes in at three, but spends his first over at the non-striker's end.

    Ben Duckett faces all six balls from Khurram Shahzad and drives another four through the covers to move to 17.

    Shahzad took three wickets in his one innings at Headingley but was expensive, conceding 133 runs from his 21.5 overs.

    Emilio Gay trying to survive by managing those bowls outside the off stump, but this one was taken brilliantly behind the stumps.

    A keeper's delight. A wonderful catch.

    Ben Duckett takes a first-ball single into the covers, meaning Emilio Gay faces Muhammad Abbas for the first time.

    The right-arm seamer switches back to bowling over the wicket halfway through the over and beats the bat of Gay, before drawing a tickle down the leg side from the final ball of the over.

    It's a good take by Muhammad Rizwan, diving a good distance to complete the catch.

    The England openers are dealing only in fours.

    Emilio Gay adds the fifth of the innings, getting up on his toes to crack Khurram Shahzad through point.

    Muhammad Abbas beats the bat of the England opener with his first ball, but Duckett comes back to find the ropes twice in the over.

    A drive heads through the covers before a short ball is cut to the fence at point.

    Pakistan will have fond memories of their record at Lord's.

    In their last 10 Tests here going back to 1982, they've won five matches, drawn three and lost only on two occasions. This includes a loss in neutral game here against Australia in 2010.

    In the last 45 years here at Lord's, only South Africa (75%, six wins out eight) & Australia (62%, eight wins out of 13) have a better win percentage than Pakistan's 50%.

    After Ben Duckett faced all of the first over, Emilio Gay gets his chance as Khurram Shahzad bowls from the Pavilion End.

    He takes all six balls from the right-arm seamer, who bowls round the wicket to the left-handed Gay.

    Shahzad's fourth ball is a half volley and Gay tucks in, picking up the match's first four through the covers.

    It is difficult to gauge where to stand, but I also think you have to take into consideration the batsmen at times.

    Edged from Ben Duckett, but it doesn't carry. It did land comfortably in front of the fielder then. A stroke of luck for Duckett.

    Muhammad Abbas has early movement bowling to Ben Duckett, angling a delivery past the bat of the left-handed Ben Duckett and then drawing the edge from the following ball.

    Duckett survives and the ball breaks through the slips for two, doubling his score after he took a couple in the covers off the second delivery of the match.

    Pakistan's players gather in a huddle on the outfield before heading out to their positions, while Emilio Gay and Ben Duckett do a bit of shadow batting as they head out to the middle.

    It'll be Duckett who will face the first ball of the day, bowled by Muhammad Abbas from the Nursery End.

    This is what Pakistan wanted, to win the toss and bowl first. Conditions are ideal.

    Catching was a bit off at Headingley, so they have got to catch everything in terms of edges and make sure you put England under pressure.
