    Ed Seabourne
    BBC Radio Bristol commentator

Lancashire still have a new ball in hand and they're going to need some quick wickets after tea to avoid Gloucestershire potentially being in the driver's seat as far as setting a target.

They've got the new ball to see off, that's going to be critical in the evening session.

    Don Topley

We've seen one or two deliveries not keep low.

Just excite us, show a bit of interest. I wonder whether Essex's policy is going to be 'We want to bowl straight' on this wicket.

  19. 'Somerset can be reasonably happy'published at 15:56 BST 19 April

    Hants v Somerset 5-0 - target 287

    Kevan James
    BBC Radio Solent commentator

You do feel that somebody is going to have to do something here from a Hampshire point of view.

Somebody needs to take the three or four wickets but not a lot to really put Somerset under pressure.

I think they'll [Somerset] be reasonably happy to be chasing 287. It's doing a bit but it's not doing a lot.

There's not a lot of pace on this pitch you feel as batters get in. They are going to be difficult to dislodge.
