    Well, hello there.

    It was honours even at The Oval yesterday, with New Zealand reaching 291-7 having been put into bat.

    If the tourist tail offers a bit of a wag then they'll be pretty happy with their efforts, while Joe Root's charges will be keen to wrap up the innings and get going on what the pundits say will be an excellent day two batting pitch.
