1. Interception!published at 00:10 GMT 5 January

    Detroit Lions 16-16 Chicago Bears

The Bears lead the league in interceptions, and nobody has had as many as Kevin Byard - so it's only right he's the man to catch a deflected Jared Goff pass to give Chicago the ball back as we hit the two-minute warning.

  2. Turnoverpublished at 00:08 GMT 5 January

Los Angeles Chargers 3-16 Denver Broncos

The Chargers go for it on 4th & 7 but Patrick Surtain II produces a huge tackle to stop Kimani Vidal in his tracks and the Broncos take over on downs.

Surely they'll see this out now!

  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 00:06 GMT 5 January

Arizona Cardinals 20-37 Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford is finishing the season with an flourish and this late burst of touchdowns might be enough to tip the MVP vote in his favour possibly?

It's now 21 unanswered points for the Rams with Stafford hitting Colby Parkinson again for the second time to put LA up by 17 with just over four minutes left to play.

They can start booking flights to Carolina now.

  4. field goal

Los Angeles Chargers 3-16 Denver Broncos

Wil Lutz converts a 41-yard field goal to increase the Bronco's lead to 13 points with 11 or so minutes remaining.

I love how everyone is writing the Texans off. It's wide open this season and defences win championships. They have won 9 games in a row and will be a match for anyone. I can see them winning their first play-off road games and reach their maiden Super Bowl this season.

The Dolphins and Patriots exchange punts. Miami to start at their own five-yard line.

Touchdown - Commanderspublished at 23:56 GMT 4 January

    Washington Commanders 17-17 Philadelphia Eagles

And now we're also tied in Philadelphia as this battle for the two seed takes two big turns in the space of a few moments.

John Bates shows some nice footwork to collect a two-yard touchdown pass from Josh Johnson and keep his feet in bounds as the Commanders tie this one up.

Just don't write these Bears off! They've shown all season long that they love a fourth-quarter comeback, and there's another one brewing here as Caleb Williams hits Colston Loveland for the touchdown and then Cole Kmet for the two-point conversion.

So after being 16-0 down we're all square at 16-16 at Soldier Field.

  9. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 23:52 GMT 4 January

Arizona Cardinals 20-30 Los Angeles Rams

The Rams have some great tight ends on the roster, and Matthew Stafford loves to use them as often as possible - as he shows by hitting Tyler Higbee for a 22-yard touchdown pass.

A lot of the credit has to go for Higbee though for the catch and run to just about get the ball over the plane of the goal line.

Some daylight finally for the Rams now.

When I first started watching the NFL 20 years ago, a friend told me that “a good defense always beats a good offense”. On that basis, it’s hard to look past Seattle winning the big show. Holding the 49ers to 3 points was beyond impressive.

    Andy, Liverpool

Let's not forget that British coach Aden Durde is the defensive coordinator at Seattle. Good luck to Aden in the play-offs!! But however the Seahawks do, could he be in contention for a head coach's job in the off-season?

Kansas City Chiefs 6-9 Las Vegas Raiders

The Chiefs go three-and-out after Daniel Carlson kicks a 55-yard field goal at the start of the fourth quarter.

Surely Kansas City can't let Travis Kelce's career end like this, with a meek defeat to the NFL's worst team this season??

  12. touchdown

Touchdown - Patriotspublished at 23:46 GMT 4 January

Miami Dolphins 10-38 New England Patriots

A poor Miami punt sets New England up in good field position.

A 35-yard pass and a couple of runs later, TreVeyon Henderson punches the ball in from two yards for his second touchdown of the day.

The Patriots are out of sight now, and this is getting a bit embarrassing for the Dolphins.

Each of the Patriots' last three possessions have ended in touchdowns.

  13. touchdown

Touchdown - Billspublished at 23:46 GMT 4 January

New York Jets 0-35 Buffalo Bills

Ty Johnson claims his second score of the day on a catch and run in the red zone, but this time Buffalo's two-point attempt is unsuccessful.

Veteran kicker Matt Prater has been ruled out with a thigh problem so maybe that's why the Bills didn't go for the kick again. Hopefully for them it's only a precaution, otherwise that would be a big blow heading into the play-offs.

  14. field goal

Field goal - Eaglespublished at 23:45 GMT 4 January

    Washington Commanders 10-17 Philadelphia Eagles

Jake Elliott is good from 39 yards out to stretch the lead to seven just at the end of the third quarter, which if it stands will be enough to give Philadelphia the second seed.

I think the Broncos would be my favourites. The Texans would be my sleeper team. I would love it to be a Sam Darnold redemption story and have him win it with the Seahawks.

It's been a frustrating night so far for the Rams but Matthew Stafford has some joy with a short pass over the middle to tight end Colby Parkinson, who takes it 21 yards for a touchdown.

That comes right at the end of the third quarter so just 15 minutes left in the Arizona season to try and end a bad one for them on a high note.

    Greg Brady
NFL pundit on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

If you get a Saturday evening game, even at home, which for the Bears could be against the 49ers, you'd be a little worried about that.

There will be questions from the media: Where did your offence go?

Even for a team where the expectations weren't great, we didn't think Chicago would be a division winner, there will be some hard questions for [head coach] Ben Johnson this week.

I see the Bears progressing past the Packers this season, especially at Soldier Field and potentially on into the NFC Championship Game, but can't see anything different to a Seahawks-Broncos Super Bowl
