  3. Turnover - Cowboyspublished at 20:05 GMT 21 December 2025

Los Angeles Chargers 24-17 Dallas Cowboys

    Wow! Big moment.

Dallas go for it on fourth and one from inside the Chargers' 15 - they opt to rush with full back Hunter Luepke but he's stuffed and doesn't make it to the yard to gain!

    Chargers take over.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 17-13 Carolina Panthers

Sean Tucker drives over on a one-yard touchdown plunge as Tampa Bay go back in front.

Mike Evans can get an assist there as he drew a pass interference flag in the end zone with the Panthers defence worried about the Bucs' star man in the red zone.

This one looks set for a close finish here folks.

  8. touchdown

    Touchdown - Titanspublished at 19:53 GMT 21 December 2025

Kansas City Chiefs 6-16 Tennessee Titans

Could this be a connection to watch for Tennessee as their two rookies combine for a touchdown. Top draft pick Cam Ward hits his fellow rookie, receiver Chimere Dike, for a one-yard touchdown.

Ward has not been great for most of the season but has improved recently, and Dike looks the part as well today. Promising signs for the Titans.

    Now that's just showing off.

The Bengals recover a Miami fumble on the first possession of the second half before Joe Burrow finds Chase Brown on the outside on 1st & Goal.

The all-purpose running back then jinks inside a defender and makes a diving lunge between two men for a nine-yard touchdown.

Brown probably would have bundled into the end zone anyway, but that leap was good for the cameras.

  10. Turnover - Brownspublished at 19:52 GMT 21 December 2025

    Buffalo Bills 20-10 Cleveland Browns

Shedeur Sanders has his pass tipped and it's right into the hands of DaQuan Jones.

A near instant redzone for the Bills.

Bad news for Minnesota with quarterback JJ McCarthy ruled out of this second half with a hand injury.

The season's gone for the Vikings of course but it's a bit of a worry for Minnesota that McCarthy seems to struggle to stay fit for a consistent run of games, which he really needs in what's his first full season in th NFL.

Just three points in it as a bruising NFC South battle reaches half-time. Carolina have the lead thanks to that very late touchdown drive from Bryce Young, but they look evenly matched all round.

It's fascinating that they'll meet again in two weeks, so it's not all on this game, but whoever wins it has a huge advantage.

  15. Get Involved - Are Bears set for deep play-off run?published at 19:38 GMT 21 December 2025

    NFL Have Your Say

Caleb Williams appears to have overcome his rookie season nerves and it's supported by an offence progressively getting better. Add to that a more solid defence and dare I say a coach with a plan, the Bears are looking good. The real test is next week. Beat the 49ers and I think we could go a long way post season.

ICYMI, the Chicago Bears fought back for a crucial win over divisional rivals Green Bay last night, which keeps them second in the play-off standings for the NFC.

In Ben Johnson's first year as head coach and quarterback Caleb Williams' second since being the first overall draft pick in 2024, the Bears are set to end their four-year post-season drought.

It has been the game we all predicted so far in New Orleans.

No touchdowns to write about but five out of six field goals made between the sides.

Charlie Smyth has three and Nick Folk has two.

In terms of excitement, things can only get better - maybe.

  18. Get Involved - Are Rams best team in NFC?published at 19:35 GMT 21 December 2025

    NFL Have Your Say

The Rams are still the team to beat, I'm a Seahawks fan and I believe our offence is way too inconsistent to go the distance in the play-offs (hope I'm wrong!). I think overall the Rams are the best team, the roster is strong and they have a tactical genius as head coach - they only lost to the Seahawks in Seattle by a point after a momentum-swinging punt return and very, very lucky 2 pointer.

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has eclipsed 100-yards while also notching two touchdowns in the first half in Cleveland.

Cook is having his way with what is a very strong Browns defence and, for now, keeping his side at arms length as they look to clinch a play-off spot.

He's averaging 11.1 yards per carry at the break.
