Pittsburgh Steelers 0-0 Detroit Lions
The Pittsburgh defence came to play in Motor City as they force Detroit into an early punt - so Aaron Rodgers takes to a field he knows pretty well from his days in Green Bay.

Jacksonville Jaguars 0-0 Denver Broncos
Three straight punts to start the game as these two defences have started as we thought - right on the front foot and proving so hard to play against.
Trevor Lawrence has been sacked twice already as Denver's defence moves on to 60 for the season - the 'Orange Rush' has been a nightmare for quarterbacks all season.

Minnesota Vikings 16-13 New York Giants
JJ McCarthy scored the only offensive touchdown of the game, the Giants scored on defence, but he left the game with a hand injury that will be a concern for the Vikings.
Not so much in terms of their season but more for McCarthy's development, as heh's had a few injury problems this year after missing all of his rookie season with a serious knee injury.
Jaxson Dart completed just seven passes for 33 yards in one of his worst games of what otherwise has been a nice rookie campaign.

Just a third win of the season for the Titans, and a first home win in Tennessee since November 2024 - and it was pretty comfortable in the end against a clearly checked-out Chiefs team.
Stunned by an early play-off exit and that Patrick Mahomes injury, Kansas City had no mojo as they also lost back-up Gardner Minshew so had third stringer Chris Oladokun in for much of the game.
Still, a good result for number one draft pick Cam Ward as he looks to build confidence ahead of next season, when he'll be expected to make a big jump.

As you can't doubt these Chicago Bears now can you? Yet another fourth-quarter comeback this time to beat arch rivals Green Bay proved they're the real deal.
Yes, Jordan Love was knocked out of the game with concussion but still, Caleb Williams was electric again as the Bears claimed an overtime win on Saturday.

The New Orleans Saints made it three consecutive wins with a 29-6 victory over the New York Jets.
Charlie Smyth knocked through five field goals and Chris Olave added two touchdowns to complete a comfortable victory in New Orleans.
While realistically the Saints have had nothing to play for for weeks, they are finishing the season strong and will be feeling much more confident about their chances in 2026 after recent performances.
Having seemingly been cut adrift at the bottom of the NFC South last month, the Saints move level on five wins alongside the Atlanta Falcons and just two behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Jets, led by rookie Brady Cook were unable to produce anything all day and drop to 3-12 on the season.

Good to see someone doing well from the International Player Pathway! Seems the League are keen on it but the teams not so much.

In his first game since signing a three-year deal with the Saints, former Gaelic footballer Charlie Smyth made five of his six field-goal attempts and added the extra point after both of the Saints' touchdowns during today's comfortable win over the Jets.

The Buffalo Bills edged out the Cleveland Browns in a tight contest to close in on confirming their spot in the NFL play-offs.
A dominant first half display from James Cook ultimately made the difference with the running back going over 100-yards and scoring two touchdowns in a red hot first 30 minutes.
The Browns defence adjusted after the break and made life difficult for the Bills who could only manage a field goal in the second half but that's all they needed to cement the win.
Cleveland defensive end Myles Garrett registered a half-sack in the second quarter on his pursuit of the NFL record but the wait goes on for him, for another week at least.
Buffalo will now get to watch the late slate with great interest as they know a loss for the Houston Texans or a loss for the Indianapolis Colts will confirm their seventh consecutive post-season appearance.

The 12-2 Denver Broncos had hoped to clinch the top seed in the AFC this weekend, but the Chargers victory means they'll have to wait for now. A win is still needed as they continue that chase though.
Away from the play-off scenarios though it's a huge game to see just where these two teams are, as both seem destined for the post-season but how far they go remains to be seen.
Denver are big favourites but the Jags in recent weeks have shown they're not to be messed with.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-23 Carolina Panthers
What an ending in Charlotte as the late interception sees the Carolina Panthers egde out the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and move to the top of the NFC South at 8-7, with the visitors dropping to 7-8.
The Panthers haven't made the play-offs since 2017, they've not won the NFC South since 2015, but they've taken a huge step towards ending both of those runs.
It's not over yet though, as Carolina have a tough game against Seattle next week while Tampa take on Miami - but the big one will be the final game of the season where these two meet again in Florida.

The Los Angeles Chargers have one foot in the NFL play-offs after their 34-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Justin Herbert and the offence put on a clinic while the defence were able to complete a second half shutout of the Cowboys.
A loss for the Houston Texans or the Indianapolis Colts in the late slate will now ensure a second straight play-off appearance for Jim Harbaugh's side.
