Zainab na zub da hawaye, dangi na rarrashinta. Ta musanta zargin da aka yi wa mijin nata, tana mai cewa ƙazafi ne.

Ahmad mai shekaru 30 da haihuwa, ɗan banga ne.

Bayanai sun nuna cewa yayin da Ahmad ke sintiri, sai suka yi jayayya da wani malamin addinin Musulunci kan bukatar malamin ya kiyaye dokar hana fita da dare.

Daga nan Malamin ya zarge shi da yi wa addinin Musulunci ɓatanci.

Malama Zainab Ahmad ta kuma nuna bacin rai kan yadda fusatattun suka ƙona gawar mijinta bayan sun kashe shi tana mai cewa "Allah ne kadai ke hukunci da wuta, ba mu ba.’"

Ta bayyana lamarin a matsayin tsabagen nuna tsana tana mai cewa "ƙiyayyar ta yi yawa."

A ganinta, sun yi masa ƙazafi ne saboda ƙoƙarinsa na tabbatar da bin doka a aikinsa na ɗan sintiri.

Zainab ta ce a kullum ‚‘ko na rufe idona sai in riƙa ganinsa, kamar yana nan.‘

Yanzu hotunan mijinta ke ɗebe mata kewa, musamman hotunan da yake murmushi kuma kullum tana yi masa addu’ar samun rahama.

Ta kara da cewa babban fatanta yanzu shi ne Allah Ya taimake ta ta haihu lami lafiya kasancewar mijinta ya bar ta da juna biyu, kuma shi ma kafin mutuwarsa "burinsa shi ne ya ga abin da zan haifa."

Mahaifin ya ce bai san me ke faruwa ba a lokacin, illa ya ji kwarmniya da ƙarar duka da sara.‘kat! kat!! kat!!

Sai daga bisani aka shaida masa cewa an kashe ɗan nasa. Lamarin ya dugunzuma shi da ma sauran dangi.

Malam Shehu ya bayyana Ahmad a matsayin gatansa saboda yadda yake kula da shi.

Ya bayyana Ahmad a matsayin ‘ɗa mai ƙwazo, ya ƙara da cewa "gaskiya na yi babban rashi. Har in koma ga Allah ba zan manta ba."

Hukumomi dai sun bayyana cewa suna gudanar da bincinke dangane da kashe Ahmad Usman kuma an kama wasu da ake zargi yayin da iyalansa ke fatan a yi adalci a lamarin.

 

Kisan Deborah Emmanuel a Sakkwato kan batun ɓatanci ga Musulunci

Daliban sun far wa Deborah ne saboda wani saƙon murya da ta sa a dandalin Whatsapp na ‘yan ajinsu wanda ya harzuka dalibai Musulmai.

Daga nan wadanda suka fusata suka yi mata duka, suka kashe ta, kana suka ƙona gawarta.

An yi ta yaɗa hotunan lamarin a dandulan intanet. Kisan ya haifar da cece-ku-ce da tayar da jijiyar wuya dangane da batun batanci ga addini.

Mahaifiyarta Mrs Alheri Emmanuel ta ce a kullum tana cikin jimamin na rashin Deborah mai shekaru 21.

Mahaifiyar, ta ce kashe Deborah ya katse burinsu. Dama fatansu shi ne idan ta yi karatu, ta samu aikin yi, ta taimaka wa iyaye da kuma ƙannenta.

A cewar Alheri, ƴar tata tana da tausayin iyaye kuma ta yi ta ƙarfafa masu gwiwa da fadin cewa idan Allah Ya sa ta kammala karatu kuma ta samu aikin yi, za ta share masu hawaye.

Alheri Emmanuel da mijinta Emmanuel Garba, sun bayyana cewa ko da yake kashe Deborah ya yi masu ciwo ƙwarai, to amma sun yafe wa wadanda suka kashe ta.

"Allah da muke bi, ya ce mu yafe, don shi ma ya yafe mana", a cewar Mrs Alheri.

Rabaran Osuigwe ya ce"idan wannan salo na kai wa wannan hari da kai wa wancan hari saboda zargin batanci ga addijni ya ci gaba, to zai iya kai Najeriya ta ruguza kanta da kanta. Ya kamata a bar doka ta rika aiki."

Najeriya dai ba kasa da ake tafiyar da ita bisa koyarwar wani addini guda tsantsa ba.

To amma kuma al’umominta - Musulmi da Kirista duka – suna da ra’ayi matuka na kishin addini.

Dokokin tarayya sun tanadi daurin shekara biyu a gidan yari ga duk wanda aka samu da laifin cin zarafin addini.

Sai dai kuma, a jihohi kimanin 12 a arewacin Najeriya inda ake da shari’ar Musulunci, hukuncin kisa aka tanadar ga duk wanda ya yi ɓatanci ga addini.

Kotunan Musulunci sun yanke hukunce-hukunce na kisan cikin shekarun baya-bayan nan, amma kuma babu ko mutum guda da aka zartas da hukuncin a kansa.

Ya ce shi kansa, idan aka yi wa addinin Musulunci ko annabi batanci, yakan ji matukar bakin ciki da bacin rai da kuma tashin hankali.

Ya jaddada cewa hukuncin duk wanda aka samu da laifin yin batanci ga addini, shi ne kisa ta hanyar da dokoki da tsarin shari’a suka shimfida.

To amma Sheikh Muhammad Kabir ya ce "daukar doka a hannu ba daidai ba ne."

Idan aka yi batancin, ‘’ba ni da kai ne za mu yi hukunci ba, a’a, hukuma ce za ta yi hukunci’’ bayan an yi bincike.

To amma ya ja hankalin mahukunta da su rika hukunta duk wanda aka samu da laifin batanci ga addini.

Ya kuma ce wasu daga cikin abubuwan da ake dubawa a yayin bincike a tsarin shari’ar Musulunci, sun hada da lafiyar ƙwaƙwalwa ko kuma hankalin wanda ake zargi, da kuma tantance ko tilasta masa aka yi ya yi batancin - ba bisa radin kansa ba.

Sheikh Muhammad Kabir ya ce idan aka tabbatar da hankalinsa kuma ba tilasta masa aka yi ba, to za a yanke wa wanda ya aikata laifin batanci ga addini hukuncin kisa daidai da matakan shari’a.

Amma idan bincike ya gano akasin haka, to hukuncin kisa ba zai hau kan wanda ake zargin ba.

Masanin harkar tsaron, ya ce bangaren shari’a na cike da matsaloli kamar jinkiri, da cin hanci da rashawa da kuma a wasu lokutan akan wanke wanda ake ganin kamar karara ya aikata laifi.

To amma Dokta Kabiru ya ce, duk da matsalolin da ake fuskanta a fannin shari’a, babu hujja ta daukar doka a hannu yadda a raunata ko kuma a kashe mutum da ake zargi.

Ya ce yin haka na da "hatsarin gaske" domin sau da yawa akan samu wadanda akan yi wa kazafi bayan kashe su, kuma a gano basu aikata laifin ba.
