Don't you just love it when your work mates stitch you up?

If you look at the screen shot below, you'll see BBC Sport's very own Mike Peter face-planting the snowy pitch.

I think you're meant to stay on your feet, Mike.

  7. Don't mess with Shearerpublished at 09:49 GMT 4 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 268-240 Savage 5s

He may be 45 but Alan Shearer's still got it.

He has just pelted one into the back of the net with some vigor. Boom boom pow.

And after he's nut-megged by a cheeky Savage-er, he gets his revenge with a cruncher of a tackle.

Don't mess with the big man.

  8. Ouch!published at 09:46 GMT 4 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 266-239 Savage 5s

An all-BBC affair going on now with some techie guys coming up against writers.

And we've had some comical moments.

The 'keeper on Shearer's team gets a rebound in the you-know-wheres and the ball trickles past him. That's going to sting for a while.

    Savage's side lead 3-2.

Chris Latchem, Battle of the Five-A-Sides commentator

It's snowing, it's hard underfoot, but no sympathy from commentator Chris.

Alan Shearer's now got an assist on the board as well, perfectly teeing up for his team-mate to slot home from the left-hand side.

His side lead Team Savage 9-6.

Savage is way back on aggregate as well. But fear not, Robbie. You still have 32 hours to claw it back!

  17. Get yer broom outpublished at 09:20 GMT 4 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 259-235 Savage 5s

Someone's just had to get the broom out and brush the snow away so the players could see the centre circle for the re-start of the second half.

    Got to love British weather.

  18. Keep it cleanpublished at 09:16 GMT 4 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 259-234 Savage 5s

There's a lot of slippin' and a-sliding going on in the snow, and some serious tackles flying in all over the pitch.

"LOVE IT," shouts Alan Shearer at the sight of his team-mate going in for the kill on the opposition keeper.

His side are in control with a 8-5 lead at half-time.

  19. Goaaaaaaaaaal!published at 09:10 GMT 4 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 255-231 Savage 5s

Alan Shearer's scored his first goal of the day!

Left unmarked, he controls and shoots like a pro. Or ex-pro, to be more accurate.

Great celebrations ensue. He's still got it.
