Back ahead on the board but that will be considered a missed opportunity for GB. It gives the Canadians a sniff of putting themselves in a really good position with one to play.

Brad Jacobs makes his shot and GB will have to take one, which they do.

GB are back in the lead but one shot gained wasn't quite the outcome they wanted.

Bruce Mouat takes out the first yellow but his red just rolls across the face of the second.

    Unlucky for the GB skip.

This is perhaps just shaping up for a one for GB now. You heard the Canadians there, understadning that this is better for them.

Their fans are coming alive in the stands.

But Grant Hardie's next stone is slightly off target and that gives Canada a possible advantage once more.

Bruce Mouat needs to work some magic again.

Great Britain have plenty of time left on their clock to think about things - about 10 minutes or so.

Canada have just under eight minutes remaining.

Heading towards the business end of the eighth end.

Grant Hardie produces the goods once more to ruin the nice setup that Canada had going.

Whisper it quietly but GB are probably favourites at this point.

If the pattern of the hammer switching after each end continues, GB will throw last in two of the final three ends.

A two (or more) for Great Britain here would put them well in control.

Brad Jacobs has tied it up but he knows that it's very much GB's advantage right now. That one is very significant.

Team GB will go fifth, with the medal contenders last.

Hammy McMillan sweeps for his life to get Bruce Mouat's penultimate stone towards the button with a bit of protection.

GB have two red stones in the house now.

What can Brad Jacobs do in response? The Canadian skip deflects his stone out wide and they're lying one shot.

Mouat gets rid of that one and Canada are going to have to take one, surely?

The Team GB guys have been in this position so many times before and one thing they are very good at is controlling the adrenaline surge when you have a shot [like the final one in the sixth end].

Everybody feels it and is one of the most difficult things to manage.

When your sweeping hard or you get a moment like that, your heart rate shoots up. You then have to go back and calmly deliver a stone just like that. It's a skill in itself.

Wow, what a shot by Bruce. A good double.

    Kevin

We’re on the concourse inside the Etihad and the TV has the curling on. The roar inside here when Bruce just made that shot for two was awesome!

    Mark

Shot Bruce! The Mouat steely expression is here for the final ends. Let's do this!

That was a great, great shot [to finish the end], the Team GB fans were loving that. He had to pass that guard by hardly anything, look how cool it was.

The team themselves are pumped, which is great.
