FT: Ulster 21-14 Cardiff
Ulster second row Iain Henderson speaking on Premier Sports 2:
"We knew things were bubbling in the last 18 months. Last week's game and this game shows we are by no means the finished article, we have loads to work on.
"Fair play to the coaching staff and what they have brought our squad from last season to pre-season and to the start of this season."

Ospreys 19-13 Dragons

Dragons will be wondering how they contrived to throw that away.
The answer? They were the better side for much of the 80 minutes but when faced with seeing things out, they lost discipline and composure. For all their rejuvenated form, another chance for a rare away win goes begging.
For Ospreys, it was an ordinary display but thanks to Keelan Giles, a spectacular finish.
Had they lost, Mark Jones would have been rightfully ruing a lack of accuracy and cohesion from his side.
As it turned out, he can now reflect on his side digging deep to end another turbulent few days with a win.
It's job done for Ulster, although they were pushed all the way by Cardiff.
Angus Bell's solo try will give him the headlines, but that was a huge moment from James Hume with a few minutes left to relieve the pressure on the Ulster line.
They're up to fourth in the table and overtake Cardiff as their superb season continues.
It's all over and Ulster seal the win but there is a bit of a flat reaction to the final whistle as the home crowd were desperate for the bonus point.
They do enough for the four points but their second half woes reared their head again and almost cost them. It's a win though heading into the break for the Six Nations and that was the minimum required.
