Bordeaux's Adam Coleman speaking to Premier Sports: "It was physical, there was a lot of running rugby despite the rain, great testament to both sides, we always knew it was going to a be a good game but thankfully we came out on top.
"Going unbeaten in our pool was very important, to set that goal and achieve it, we have a run of home games hopefully and look forward to."
On Bielle-Biarrey: "He is incredible, a lot of people are fast but a lot of people don't know rugby IQ and his rugby IQ is outstanding. He is a smart kid, always willing to learn and I cannot speak highly enough of him."

A reminder that five of the eight Prem sides have qualified for the last 16, two still could (Leicester and Saracens) and only injury-hit Gloucester are definitely out.
Bath, who have finished top of Pool 2 after beating Edinburgh on Friday, are the only side to have won so far this weekend after defeats for Leicester, Sale and Gloucester on Saturday and now Bristol just now.
Harlequins and Northampton are up next with Saracens facing a tricky test at Glasgow Warriors in the final match of the pool phase.
Converted try - Bristol 15-27 Bordeauxpublished at 14:41 GMT 18 January

Louis Bielle-Biarrey (con: Jalibert)
Chaos reigns in the rain! A high ball is patted back by a Bristol hand into the path of Louis Bielle-Biarrey, who kicks on and drops onto the ball behind the try line for the clincher.
Bordeaux expertly eat up time with a concerted spell across the Bristol five meter line, until a penalty chance that will see the French side go eight points ahead.
Louis Rees-Zammit flicks the ball out to the wing and it goes to ground - but there's a penalty to the hosts, which would reduce this to within a converted try of an unlikely win...
That is so frustrating for Bristol fans, Van Rensburg had done so well to take several defenders with him, although the ball looked to have barely, if at all, touched the whitewash.
Rees-Zammit takes the ball into touch close to the corner flag, and just to delay the game he flips the ball away. He gets a stern talking-to, but nothing more.
Maxime Lamothe barges over from the lineout but he's held up.
Kalaveti Ravouvou charges down a Mathieu Jalibert kick and for a split-second the Bristol winger looks to be away and threatening the try line - until Jalibert recovers with a turn of pace.
There's more back and forth around halfway, with Sam Worsley's kick sliding off the outside of his left into touch for another unforced error that ends a promising spell.
